Mini Biography: The younger brother of Jupiter Red he was the only son of a family of heroines. Like his sister, Katherine, he was trained from a young age to one day inherit the mantle of the Jupiter family and take to the streets fighting crime. Much like his sister he excelled at the training and soon found himself fighting the various street criminals and low level villains of Gothic City. Unlike his sister he soon became disillusioned with the idea of heroism, as he watched his nightly battles have no discernible effect on the cesspool that was Gothic City.
He descended into depression and alcoholism, abandoning his heroic role entirely. Soon he found himself deep in debt and in need of cash to support his lifestyle and alcoholism. Lacking any real job skills he turned to the one thing he was good at; violence. One thing lead to another and before long Kevin had become a full time supervillain for hire.
Mutation: The Miller line are stable mutants. Each member of the family will have the same mutation. Kevin is no exception; like his sister, mother and grandmother he is an electrokinetic.
The first effect of this power is the reflexes the family enjoys. Their subconscious minds take advantage of their mutant power to send nerve signals, rather than relying upon the realitively slow speed of neurotransmitters. This means they enjoy a reflex speed roughly the same as the speed of electron transmission, which as a practical matter is about one one-hundredth of the speed of light or 6,696,000 miles per hour. This gives the Miller line a reflex speed roughly 24,985 times faster than the quickest Olympic athlete.
Secondly they all possess the ability to generate and direct vast quantities of electrical energy. The exact limits of this have never been tested, however Kevin has blasted superhumanly durable foes into sizzling chunks of meat by channeling huge quantities of electricity through his blade. Their ability to control the energy that they generate is no less impressive, however it does come with its own limitations. For example none of the Millers can control the path of electricity through the atmosphere; they cannot throw lightning. Nor can they direct the flow of electrons through the ground or water; they require a conductive channel, generally metal. Longsword, for example, uses the metal of his sword and Jupiter Red uses her metal staff.
This electricity is generated by some quirk of his X-Gene, not magic. As a result Kevin can only generate so much before his depletes the biological fuel sources his X-Gene taps into to generate electricity. Under normal usage he can draw upon his eletrokinetic abilities indefinitely. However if he repeatedly generates powerful electric blasts than he will rapidly exhaust his powers.

- Agility: (6) The Millers have reflexes almost twenty five thousand times faster than the best Olympic times, allowing them to perform feats of agility, control, dexterity and reflexes that are flatly beyond that of any human or peak human and even most superhumans.
- Durability: (2/5) Outside of his suit Kevin is a rough and tumble man who can take a beating thanks to his Orochi training, but his body is no tougher than that of any other fit male of his size. Inside his suit, however, he is protected by titanium-ceramic scales layered over a kevlar mesh.
- Energy Projection: (2) Like the entire Miller line Kevin can generate and direct electricity with and through his body.
- Fighting Ability: (5) He was trained by his mother and grandmother, both veteran heroines, from a young age and then sought out further training from various sword masters after he turned to villainy.
- Intelligence: (2) He is of average intelligence, though he has seen much of the world and picked up a lot of valuable experience.

- Speed: (3) Because he can send so many nerve impulses so quickly he can coordinate his muscles perfectly. This gives him peak human speed and enhanced explosiveness.

- Strength: (2) Fit and strong Kevin can benchpress roughly twice his weight, or three hundred and eight pounds.
Equipment:
- Custom Longsword: (5) Made by a master craftsman out of Madripoor the sword is a single piece of H13 tool steel, chosen for it's general durability and extreme tolerance to heat as when Longsword channels his electrical powers through the sword it suddenly heats to extreme temperatures. No steel can endure this indefinitely and his swords eventually break, melt or bend and must be replaced.
- Titanium Scale Armor: (5) Based upon the 'Dragonscale' armor Longsword's suit is composed of slender overlapping plates of a titanium-ceramic alloy overlaying a kevlar mesh. The overlapping scales distribute the energy of an impact while not restricting Longsword's movements nor weighing him down by any serious amount. The kevlar layer is treated to be flame resistant and the titanium-ceramic is highly resistant to chemicals and toxins. The armored costume offers a five in the CV durability scale.
- Helmet HUD: (5) The helm is made from titanium and incorporates a microchip mesh to provide Longsword with a powerful on-board computer. It also provides a HUD with a number of features; GPS, Google Earth, satellite phone, internet connection, voice operated micro-computer, visual recording device and facial recognition software.
