I don't think it was advertised and as anticipated as other super-hero films. Look when there's a new Avenger's film or Iron Man film the web blows up and people go crazy. I think DC did not expect Batman Begins to do as well as it did. Once The Dark Knight was announced though the public went nuts, it was such a anticipated film because the first film not to mention The Joker being cast. When I found out Batman had a new film coming out even being a hardcore Batman fan I wasn't to excited because of the history with the previous two films but once I saw it my excitement was back and I knew there were some good Batman films finally to come. I think there are many reasons Batman Begins was not as big as it should have been but it still made money and gave fans a great new origin story while sticking to the Batman we all grew to love.

I think this is so insane..... DC really needs to step up the story lines of there shows. DC has a habit of ruining there shows excluding Smallville and Arrow which were successful. Gotham reminds me of the Birds of Prey series which sucked. I understand there changing things up but the writers are going way to far if they fall threw with this and I would be shocked if DC really thinks this is a good idea for the story-line. Gotham has a lot of potential but this will ruin the series if you ask me!!!

Has anyone have any news on the new Gotham Series coming to Fox? If you haven't seen the trailer here it is. I'm hoping its better than Birds of Prey lol.

I cant remember it was 2 or more years ago I added Black Cat the 40's one as a character and that's all i remember and it wont let me see that far back on wiki edits. I wish it did lol. I'm adding you friend if your like to add me i would be very grateful!!!

from the news I've heard is Ben Affleck is going to play Batman in upcoming movie. New reports state that Ben will play Batman but just as Bruce Wayne in the second Man of Steel Movie.
