I'm surprised this series is even selling at all. I did read the older posts but I am still baffled . There is no one NO ONE who is willing besides Lodell to write Jason? It hurts my soul looking at this badly written fanfiction. Yes Lodell introduced some interesting concepts to Jason but the stuff hes delivering now is crap. Jason is my favorite Robin and this just has me scratching my head. Does DC even know that there others like us who want this series to be revamped? Do they even listen? I can say the same thing for Marvel as well. No wonder people are flocking to independent works or something creator owned.

I also took a moment to check out the sales figure. Issue number 7 sold 25k . Of course there is no figures about the latest issue but meh

@nathaniel_christopher: XP we wont let them even try to think Jason XHarley is possible. Don't give them ideas. Just leave it at they have a understanding between them maybe a friendship? That is about it. I honestly don't get why they are trying to move him from the black sheep label. No matter what Jason will be it. His convictions wont just vanish like that.If anything Jason wouldve benefited by pulling a Grayson but nope. Suicide Squad is the best hope for him if ONLY someone will wrangle him away from Lodell. Tim... just.. hope for him. They treat Cassandra better than those two and she just got here @.@

@dark_tzitzimine:Now that is reaching. Really reaching. Jason came back angry that he been replaced, angry Joker is still alive and felt like Bruce didnt give a s**t about him at all. Duela always was a groupie for the Gotham villians even before new 52 claiming she was this villians child or another villians. Wasnt she the one that wanted to be Joker completely? Even having the face stitched on and wanted his blood? How does that scream to Jason "oh shes just like me"?

@dark_tzitzimine: Moving on from his past and realizing the Jokers death wont bring him happiness is a natural step. But how exactly is he sticking it to Joker with working with JD? Has Joker even acknowledged her? Does this even help his development? Imo I don't think so . He can be past Joker and that is A-okay. He doesn't need to work with JD to show us "Hey guys look I moved on from my past". It seems gimmicky and reeks of bad fanfiction. Want to actually showcase that and have it be meaningful like nathaniel_christopher said a heart to heart with Harley. Seeing as they both have their scars from Joker that makes more sense.

I thought Red Hood/Arsenal was supposed to focus on just those two and develop (but from what I see not so much for Roy) as characters? Why is Joker's Daughter even included? To be the token female of the team? We have different opinions on this. You like what is Scott is doing. That is fine. But I have to disagree with you thinking this is helping Jason's character. If that was case why not help someone who reminds me of his past self who was clouded with rage at world and strong convictions? I'm just baffled and confused onto how any of what is happening now helping him grow more as a character

@nathaniel_christopher: Well it would have made for more interesting stories. Waller would have a Bat in her pocket. Jason can do his thing and his interactions with his team can showcase some good scenarios. It seems like to me that Tim and Jason are the expendable Robins to be honest. Dick just joined the Court of Owls (Im sorry if you havent read that I apologize.) Damien has his own series. Tim and Jason are stuck with bad writing or bad decisions. Case in point why in the gods name would Jason work with ANYONE named Joker Daughter is beyond me. Not only that I always felt like Jason is the black sheep of the family and that yeah he will help when it NEEDED but still at this point its pretty meh. I will give Scott Lodell props when he wrote Jason with the Outlaws in the beginning. But now I think its best Jason just moved onto something better and get someone better.

I honestly thought one of these days Jason would be on Suicide Squad. Makes the most sense to me. It just seems like both him and Tim get the short end of the stick when it comes to current stuff @.@

The writers seriously need to find a way to make Barbara's character likable or at least tolerable this just sad with how shes written
