does it seem odd that arrow is planning to release figurines of characters that are dead or have cameo appearances; i.e. deathstroke, black canary and now deadshot (looking back, i realise that deadshot only had cameos, but still)

Love this article, Deadshot has always been one of my fav characters.

I must admit that New Suicide Squad has been disappointing after taking out both Deadshot and Deathstroke after the first few issues, i was looking forward to their potential rivalry (i love deadshot to death but deathstroke makes deadshot seem incredibly useless), hopefully post-convergence deadshot gets a bigger role in the suicide squad.

Side note: very disappointed in last weeks Arrow episode where they killed off Deadshot for no reason, made no sense to me whatsoever.

@lurkero: I think the main thing to take away from this is that the time travel was an accident, and he might not be able to time travel on command

@arturocalakayvee: just because captain cold is starring in this series, doesn't mean he'll be on the team, he could just be the villain for their pilot or at worst a recurring villain

I think everyone's forgetting that to do a World War Hulk movie or a Planet Hulk movie would require Mark Ruffalo to be Hulk for the entire movie, this may work for comics but I don't think it works if your title character is going to be made from motion capture.

I'm a bit sceptical of the deathstroke/deadshot rivalry and what it'd be like on-screen cos, as a deadshot fan, i feel like this could become like the wolverine/cyclops rivalry in the x-men movies where deadshot wouldn't be of any use cos whatever he can do deathstroke can do better, leaving casual moviegoers wondering why he's in the squad. Also, deadshot has proven to be pretty trustworthy to Waller, so i think it would still work if deathstroke was absent, but he probably won't be left out considering his popularity in Arrow.

I also had a problem with the cover, i mean, what's the point of putting Harley Quinn on the cover if she's just gonna act like a braindead zombie for the entire issue? I hate whenever they mislead readers by chucking something completely irrelevant or, even worse, when they spoil the cliffhanger ending by putting it, on the cover (i.e. Sinestro #4)
