I think Thor and all the Asgardian buddies of his would throw one heck of a New Year's Eve party! Norse gods can definitely party hard. That said I also think the Outsiders could throw a great party as well as the Secret Six. I figure that most teams, good or bad, have at least one person among them that knows how to party and could get something good going. Once you got that anything goes.

Also any of the rich guys: Bruce Wayne, Danny Rand, Tony Stark, Oliver Queen etc. can just pay people to get everything ready for them and then you got a pretty wicked New Years Eve party on your hands.
