It doen't matter. He's just another generic villain destined to lose.

He doesn't need to destroy half the world to be a good villain.

The only threat to him is a man in a metal suit, a super soldier, an athletic female, 2 quota fulfilled sidekicks, an archer, a robot who can phase through things but won't phase when he gets that stone snatched out of his head, a mentally unstable witch, a schizophrenic Ogre, 2 strong aliens, a terrible dancer, a king dressed like a cat, a tree, and f*** raccoon.
Knowing these fact I can't help but to see him as a generic villain.
