@frisky4: Now that you bring up the beard and patch combo, I think it's a solid win for slade. Great facial hair can't be overlooked in a battle because it will lower the opposing teams confidence.
Very interesting fight. I think team 2 could take this based on Timm and Nightwing being good compliments of each other. Dick likes to improvise in a fight and Timm could help him strategize more during it. Also Dicks experience as Bats can't be overlooked. Arrow will work for a great distraction from afar while Robin andNightwing work up close.
However Deathstroke could easily take this based on his team busting skills. He would probably make it so that Arrow hits Robin (taking him out), then move towards arrow(take him out). He is doing this while avoiding/distracting Nightwing because he saves him for last because he knows he is the most trouble and won't be taken out as easily.
Very solid issue. Art felt different at first from the original series but I liked it. I have to agree that the art suffers from either inks, pencils, or colors in spots and looks rushed because of it. However the story is great and left me wanting more. I will be missing the catman/deadshot bromance and lovely Jeanette kicking butt all over the place.
If you are using normal clay that when its dry it is brittle, this clay needs to be fired first in a kiln and then glazed/fired again to give it a shine. Also this type of clay can be painted after the first fire and then a clear glazed can be applied and its fired again.
If you are using self drying clay that hardens and doesn't have to be fired you can use something called Mod Podge. It's works pretty well and is used in other crafts. After you paint and it drys you paint mod Podge on and it gives a shine/shimmer to the color. It also puts a protective seal on the clay/paint.
Sweet Tooth is a series that makes me feel better. I think the series as a whole is very sad and depressing but the ending is just so good. The ending just made me feel this happy sadness about the main character's journey. It's the only series that after reading the last issue, I read it again right after.
