I take it this is non-Extremis upgrade Tony, Extremis gave him a healing factor and enhanced abilities and could expel the inner-most armo layer in his body then "will" the rest of the Extremis armor to attach to him, so with Extremis Tony wins hands down. Even with out Extremis Tonys training with Cap would give hi the edge I think. :-)
