This proves nothing actually. It could be a inner dialogue with Natsu or something only related with Natsu. Also if this is something like movements-stop magic it worked against fodders. Admirals are tiers and tiers above those fodder soldiers.
The same question still remains...why Zeref will use it if he never did it twice in any other situation, battles included? And that's not time stop since the dust or smoke or whatever isn't froze.

Everyone of those instances you listed were moments he didn't need to use it.

- Stop Gray to freeze him

- Get back Mavis

- Stop Makarov escape plan

- Get back the book of END

- Stop normal Natsu during their last fight

And zeref doesn't need to have love as he literally has a death spell (the one he used against hades.)

During that time Hades was turned into a normal, badly injured, old man without magical powers, less than a fodder. Obviously that attack was enough to kill him like every other attacks. And it was just a spell, not a Death Magic. Never stated to be a Death Magic...it's a low-range magic and also requires time before being shooted. Every Admiral can dodge it effortlessly.

- didn't used it agaist Gray

- didn't use it against Makarov when he escaped from Alvarez

- didn't use it against Mavis when she escaped from Alvares

- didn't use it to get the book of END

- didn't use it against anyone

Also what he did was never stated or mentioned to be time stop. The dust/smoke was not freeze so this means in wasn't time stop first. It was something only related with Natsu as far as we know. Point mute.

Death Wave can't work because Zeref has to love someone (desire to not injure or kill anyone) and also he can't control ot. Out of character here. Also it failed to kill many characters and others dodged/run away from it easily (Elfman which isn't even low supersonic by feats). Can work against admirals and their Logia bodies? Probably no.

And let us not forget that Zeref has no decent speed feats and he will be blitzed by all of them.

As a Team they can clear everything we've seen about OP so far. The complete verse? No now, because we don't know the power of many characters yet. Especially since Tobirama can use their victims to perform Edo Tensei, KCM/BM Minato and obviously Hashirama. Hiruzen is a great help since he mastered the 5 elements and can always use Reaper Death Seal.

Also seems like everyone here forgot that Akainu and Aokiji only affected the climate of Punk Hazard...and they took 8 or 10 days to do that, can't remember correctly the days number. They didn't bust the island X"D open your eyes.

If i put Hashirama and Minato in the same situation all out battle, they will turn Punk Hazard into ashes in less than 1 minute...not 8 days :"D

P.S. Also Hokage's Barriers, restrained Juubi, and various sealing jutsu/tools.
