I'm going to say the FF+1. Because of Black Panther. He is stealthy enough to evade combat and ambush when he is at the advantage, and Nightwing can't counter him. The rest of the battle is evenly matched, but once Nightwing goes down, and Black Panther starts ambushing people in their moment of weakness, the Titans will lose.

Wonder Woman has a large edge here, mostly due to her speed and skill.

Wining fights is about doing damage. To deal damage you must strike your foe.

The person with more skill is more likely to hit, and less likely to not be hit.

The person with more speed is more likely to hit, and less likely to not be hit.

Wonder Woman has a better history of consistent speed feats then Thor. She's also consistently displayed as a skillful combatant more frequently then Thor.

She wins this fight by just beating Thor. Nothing fancy, just blocks or evades the majority of his attacks, and lands the majority of hers. Would be a fun, old school style fight to see.

Umm.. the normal humans lose.

Hmm.. Captain America might could beat this, if he could handle the investigative stuff. That's the only thing that might stop him, he can beat anyone Batman can beat in a fight.

Majestic would probably beat Flash, except for the speed steal.

Because he doesn't have any real way to defend against it, Flash wins.

Honestly Superman is underrated here by people who don't fully understand the extent or scale of his powers.

Hmm. This is a good battle. We might need an expert on some of the characters to come and make their case, its that close in my mind.

@WillPayton: I consider him street level. Some don't, but its a matter of dispute what 'street-level' refers to.

Seems like Hawkgirls superior physical stats, flight, and nth metal give her the advantage here.
