This zombie Jason or brain damaged from near drowning human Jason?
Response - Jason seems to collect supernatural powers with every passing year. It would be fairer to Robin to match him up against early Jason. However, I would be interested in seeing your opinion regarding alternate Jasons.
Dick Grayson goes to Camp Crystal Lake as a counselor in training. Jason offs a couple of his colleagues. Fortunately, Dick brought his Robin suit and his utility belt. Game on.

Although I am a Tarzan fan, this is a total squash match. With his web-spinning abilities, Spider Man will have the jungle lord wrapped up and helpless in seconds in any environment. Tarzan's only chance is overconfidence on the part of Spider Man or massive help from his jungle friends.
Batman's superpowers are based upon his gadgets. With bat suit and utility belt, Tarzan's only chance is a surprise attack (round 1) in any environment. However, without bat suit and utility belt in Tarzan's home jungle, with Tarzan armed with a spear, I give it to Tarzan in rounds 1, 2, and 3 and to Bruce in round 4.
I vote for peak human. He is endowed with no alien, magical, or divine powers. His genetics are from English nobility, but that didn't help his father survive in the jungle very long. His abilities come from his jungle upbringing by a close, supportive ape mother and a distant, abusive ape father.
On the one hand, Burt Ward's Robin was a memorable sidekick in a series which popularized the Batman franchise. On the other hand, he was clearly Batman's weak link when they were together and an almost completely reliable screw up when they were apart.
