I think it’s very slightly in favor of MK. He has the better gear, he arguably has more martial arts knowledge than DD, and he’s stronger and more durable. That’s without his powers. If he had his powers I think it’s a definitive win for Marc.
@mcflicky: pretty much my feelings. After looking through more characters it seems like an intern just picked what they felt was vaguely correct.
Kitty Pryde is a genius but listed as only gifted. 4 instead of 5. She’s also been shown to surpass Logan in fighting skill, but they have her listed as a level 4 in fighting while Logan is a level 7.
I hoped the companies would have better scales for their characters.
Curious how the forums feel about the company’s official scales of characters powers. I was looking through Marvel’s and was surprised to see Nightcrawler ranked as a level 7 fighter which would make him a master of all martial arts or on par with one. I haven’t seen a lot of DC’s but I’m sure it has inconsistencies as well.
Do you guys take these scales seriously and use them within debates? If you do could you give a reason and if you don’t could you maybe point out other characters you find may be inconsistent in comparison to how they’re rated?
