That describes the 315ers here in western New York state. Worst part is, they're at closest 20 minutes from Rochester in one direction and 20 minutes from Syracuse in the other. They act just like "city" folk in terms of mannerisms but are so deep in country/southern culture that they might as well brandish General Lee's. That being said, city girls in Rochester are known for being...tough...to put it nicely so I by FAR prefer suburban girls. Not too conservative, some aren't too liberal, diverse culture and diverse life experience.

Rochester in in the middle of Monroe county, the 315er stereotype I referred to are in Wayne and Ontario.
