RoTS Sidious vs the duo would have actually been somewhat debatable. RoTJ fodderizes both of them so bad its not funny.

Being above pre ANH Vader isn't something great. Dooku was already stated to be more powerful than when he was in Final Showdown by the time of AoTC. There's no reason why he can't replicate his feat unamped.

obviously as we all know ashoka was shown to be superior to prime vader, who scales above RoTJ Sidious+DE Sidious+Abeloth and KOTFT Valkorian. Ashoka one shots twice. eat shit haters
