Vader as of KF is already above Yoda, so the Vjun amp for Tyranus doesn't change much. He lasts about 5 seconds longer than he did on the invisible hand.

Being above pre ANH Vader isn't something great. Dooku was already stated to be more powerful than when he was in Final Showdown by the time of AoTC. There's no reason why he can't replicate his feat...

It doesn't really matter where you hold Anakin, he can't carry Ashoka's deadweight, and he's not beating Mace and Grievous together, be it legends or canon.
