It's a World War 2 movie by the way (hence the outfits), the first of three Wonder Woman films set in different eras.

What?!! Where'd you hear that? If that is the case, we won't have a WW movie set in the present for God knows how long.

@comicman1000: @saintwildcard: Yeah! I looked at that cover yesterday and saw Shifter and Downpour from JLU's Ultimen and wondered what series that cover was for. What could they possibly be appearing in? Of course I read the solicit again and found out the answer. The question becomes if they simply liked their designs, or are they going to introduce other Ultimen?

@kalvinellis: Yeah! It seems weird to skip their flagship title.

@kid_jakeriv: What is it you are referring to as "better than Justice League?" That is not clear

@ecstaticgrace: I've got high hopes for Abnett's Aquaman because this series has been good and consistent in quality since issue #1 going through Geoff Johns, Jeff Parker, and Cullen Bunn.

@the_stegman: @superhoodie: and everyone else bashing Venditti and Jensen's run on The Flash. I'm actually really enjoying it. I think it's a good run and don't want it to end prematurely. Meredith Finch's WW run is also getting good. And if DC hadn't pulled Kreisburg and Sokolowski off of Green Arrow, it would be so much better now than what Ben Percy is doing whatwith all it has going for it being the tone of his writing matching the tone of Zircher's art. There! I said it!

It seems to me like they really aren't releasing much in January. But that's probably just because they've announced almost one hundred titles and they seem to be trickling out rather slowly.

@nightfang: Of course not! That would greatly decrease the comics' values.

@saintwildcard: Don't give them any ideas!

Here is my script for how this came to be-

DC Executive #1: "I just had the greatest idea! We will be able to not have to pay any colorists to color our variants for January by calling it a coloring book month. That'd be, like, a double-win for us!"

DC Executive #2: "That's genius! I will arrange for it to happen right away. And I'll arrange for a small portion of the money saved by not paying colorists to be added to your 2016 holiday bonus!"
