I personally think Captain Britain would WIN against 2 of the 3 Captain Canucks.
The 3rd one would be a close match either a tie or Captain Britain WINS

I: Tom Evans (Super human that was given his powers by accident by aliens) 
II:Darren Oak (Regular human)
III:David Semple (Regular human) (Also known as West Coast Captain Canuck) 
 
Captain Canuck (Tom Evans) Powers
- Super Strength  (From the comics I assume its roughly that of Captain America )
- Super Speed (Again roughtly that of Captain America)
- Eidetic memory 
 
*Note: He might have more powers I`m not aware of even thought I read all the comics a LONG time ago.
