I think the presence is like cyttorak now, a being powerful in his own creation, but not all powerful. Obviously as powerful as 52 universes

@bronze_surfer: Yeah, and i think I've got it. I mean, normally, someone like spectre would've died a long time ago, doing what he does. But his ability to drain magic is one of the best abilities in comics. Anyone with magic, spectre can just, like, fight him, he realizes quickly he can't beat him, then he just drain his opponents magic until his opponent doesn't have any, and he one shots them.

First. this is unbound spectre, not corrigan. the difference is unbound have access to all his powers, and can access his main power, which is magic draining.

Second. spectre has shown to be able to come back from being almost dead to more powerful than before simply by taking magic from shazam, the rock of E, and all the atifacts, to the point where he drained almost all the magic there is, this breaking it.

Thine. spectre can just go after the magical beings first, leaving all beings cosmic for LT. he uses his most devastating drain power to make himself more powerful than ever before, then killing them. LT will handle those cosmic beings easily, except for anti monitor, whom can be beaten with more difficulty
