Hey guys,

Have been listening to the podcast for about a year ago and absolutley love it! They get me through my Monday and Tuesday mornings in the office! So a huge thanks! But my question is more of asking for recommendations than a actual question. I took a extremely long break from comics in the mid 2000s until about 2 years ago and I Absolutely love over the top comedic/action type stories. Some of my favorite titles recently have been I hate fairyland, grizzly shark and 3 Floyd's Alpha King. Do you guys have titles in trade or current issues that would be somewhat similar? Again love the podcast thanks for your time!

I kinda like it, seems like a more modern take on the joker. I could totally see that character covered in tattoos, I think it's a pretty cool and bold reimagining of the character! Don't know why (maybe because fury road comes out soon) but this really reminds me of something out of mad max

Absolutley love this series so far!! This issue was just as good as 1, really liked the looking how Hettinger had turned the tables on his roles, trying to help as the black hood even reaching for his cuffs while taking down some thugs. But using his cop status to rob suspects to fuel his painkiller addiction. And now his world is crashing down around him. Such an intriguing series! Can't wait for #3

I am confused about one thing in this review? In the book I didn't think that was Hettinger who shot those thugs in the drug bust, it was one of the two guys who were hired to do some digging to frame him.... He is in the mirror a couple of panels before the shootout repeating the precision line and saying it was hard to make himself that ugly and he was using a type of make up (he calls it gum) to make the scars..... So pretty sure that was someone who made himself look like hettinger

The shadow with the wings and circle shield dead center has to be the all new captain American (Sam Wilson) I'm guessing to the left of him is the superior iron man just by the way the hand looks positioned and since that is the current iron man book

This one is a tough one to call, my intital instinct was to side with Hawkeye. His accuracy and arrow arsenal at first glance would seem to make quick work of freeze. However I feel this fight will actually last a fairly long time due to the setting with plenty of cover. This I feel would give freeze plenty of time to freeze every inch the warehouse turing it into his own personal ice rink. This would then take away Hawkeyes agility and balance allowing freeze to take Hawkeye out. It all comes down to a confined space with plenty or cover for mr freeze to win.

@newecho: yeah I know they don't have any prep time that's why I think it's vital they have each other joker and Quinn that is. With two of them Quinn could easily keep BE distracted allowing joker to come up with something. I could have stated that better in my OP. But no way this would work without both of them working as a team to get BE out of sorts early

This one all comes down to the setting and due to this Joker and Quinn should win this easily. With the amusement park setting there are plenty of hiding spots and tools at the duos disposal, with how cunning joker can be at setting traps it should be no problem for him to quickly dispose of Bullseye. Plus with him having Harley there just adds to his arsenal. He can have Harley distract BE while he has free reign to mess with BE's mind. Bullseye'a major skill is his accuracy and with amusement parks being a bit of a labyrth of paths and buildings I doubt he could get much of a clear shot. Plus all the lights, movement from the rides and games I think BE would struggle to get a good shot. Any other setting I think BE would lay joker and Quinn to waste in seconds but not this one
