Fafored characters of KFH

There`s no point in having top 16-100 (or more) lists. Most can`t picture it properly. I just see a bunch of stuff, and then note (rarely) that a certain story is (if you ask the person) better than some other. As for top 4-15 lists, number one usually disappoints.

Also, you know how hard it is to decide, on a big list, if character B is really better than characters E-R and V-Y? You prolly do, by deducting, or experience.

Not on the site:

  1. Amelia and...
  2. Her boyfriend from movie Amelia.
  3. Caden Cotard
  4. Olive Cotard
  5. Sam Barnathan (all three from Synedoche, New York)
  6. Hattifattener/Hattivatit
  7. Mörkö
  8. Snufkin/Nuuskamuikkunen (the three from Moomin)
  9. Simon Peter Gruber from Die Hard III (best of the series, meaning, actually worth watching).
  10. Headless monks from Dr. Who (Good man goes to war).
  11. Xayides beetle-like monsters from Neverending story. Whatever they`re called.
  12. Shopping malls of Diskworld. No idea what book, but I don`t care I don`t remember.
  13. Sharona Fleming
  14. Natalie Teeger
  15. Julie Teeger
  16. Leland Stottlemeyer
  17. Randy Disher
  18. Adrian Monk
  19. Ambrose Monk (All seven from Monk. Probably a few villains too.)
  20. Harold Krick and...
  21. Karen Eiffel (From the movie Stranger than fiction, which you prolly wanna check out if you`re in to metafiction.)
  22. Dr. House
  23. Dr. Taub (From House.MD. I case that show.)
  24. Sophie from Moving castle.
  25. Kiki from Kikis delivery service.
  26. Brick Heck
  27. Michael "Big Mike" Heck Sr. (both from The Middle)
  28. Scissorhead fairy from Welcome to Oddville.
  29. Omnidroid from the Incredibles.
  30. The four main characters from the movie Snowcake.
  31. Dalia (and to be honest, pretty much everyone else) from Suburgatory.
  32. Peräsmiehen poika/Son of rearman (very freely translated).

From Simpsons, many of my faf jokes from the series (though some are more seriously taken characters, who were useful in an episode), personified:

My friends, from the story The Fidgetings and dodgings of Akilles De Picosekunti. Not available in the bookshops nearest or farthest of you. Some of it is in the internet, in a variety of sources.

Hundreds of characters from centuries old folk tales and beliefs from all around the Earth. For example: Xing Tian, Sea bishop, ...

In progress till I stop visiting here completely.

List items

  • "I`ll make mince meat out of you, tossers!"

  • I`m fascinated with the idea of nudist superheroes.

  • Partner of Anvil.

    That`s why I like.

  • Aesthetics.

  • Toss everything else DC out in to a pile of shit, and give us a 200-issue limited series of the super-characters of England. There`s about a 100 more.

Aaaaaaah fogget it. It would be doomed from the start because it takes place in DC continuum.

  • Best Batman-character born from the 2000`s.

  • Golden.

  • Giant pipes and giant nutcrackers and giant bars of soap and giant dishcloths...

  • Sigh. A letdown.

I like the character though. Overall, nonetheless, anyway, despite it all.

  • Amazing. The ONLY actual Tiger shark-story. What a bummer. Would like to see more stories about this particular version of the character.

His HQ was at the bottom of an ocean. IN A SUNKEN, APPARENTLY HUNDREDS OF YEARS OLD SHIP.

    And other cool stuff.

But there can never be more. Because the creators of the characted are dead or retired or something.

  • Kirbys.

  • Why care about some musty stick-in-the-mud like Batman?

  • When DC has some of the most colorful crooks in comics.

  • That God-sunday strip will probly stay in my memories till I die.

    And those dinosaurs.

    And the aliens.

    And the burglary.

    And the time-traveling.

    And all of it.

And the time Calvin pissed in to flowers.

  • All the fourth world characters remind me of the unfortunate truth, Kirby was an artist, but lacked patience to hone his art in to perfection, and was bullied by the industry.

But, had to feed family. Nigh impossible to do that as an artist.

  • Because Weeper isn`t enough.

  • Frankly, doesn`t fit my idea of what Joker is about. It`s a different character, wearing the Jokers skin (metaphorically).

  • Usually used as a punching bag. Or dull psycho. Or both.

Detective comics 787 and Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight Halloween Special 2.

    Only ones worth a damn.

  • This one an imposter? DC has to screw up everything.

    Well I don`t believe it.

  • The only appearance in 90`s animated series and the first comic appearance are the only ones worth something.

    Second appearance has cool bits.

Finger shoulda merged those stories in to one. Most of the second yarn is repeating of the first one.

  • Few cool stories from the 1940`s-60`s (Not those in what she`s a mishandled love interest. Geez. Bruce was a dick in the golden age.). Including television.

    After that, got boring.

  • Dini wrote some of the most horrid run o` the mill Batman-stories on his Detective comics run (only one I like even a little is Slay ride).

But he made two great characters during it. Or maybe just this one.

  • It`s NOT a Batman-story.

It has no Joker, Riddler, Catwoman none of those.

Has characters inspired by those characters.

It`s not even Gotham city they`re in!

That`s why it`s the best, and so are the characters.
