flash would win hands down all he would do is create a tornado and suck the air out of hulk. then any thing hulk tried to do to flash wouldn't work because of flash just vibrating through anything. and if flash brought his A+ game he could drag hulk into a alternate demension and then hulk would stay there and then nick fury would actually have to recruit spider man for the avengers.
yes it would take some time to learn emotion control but she has connections to azarath and could learn but even if she would want to be a lantern the current lantern of her solar system would have to either die or relinquish his/her ring. and then the guardians of oa would have to select her.
