Telekinesis

All Psion's of the Cabal Empire possess a telekenetic ability however while the generic civilian can lift five tons worth of material at a maximum range of ten meters, the Empress of the Cabal has magnitudes greater power. She is capable of exerting over one hundred tons worth of telekinetic pressure and like wise lifting a similar amount, in addition her maximum telekinetic range is two thousand kilometers.

Pro's: Undetectable to most forms of detection, can by pass most defenses including energy shields/magnetic fields/armor, can be used for precision actions or wide area effects.

Con's: Requires constant concentration, causes actual physical exertion the heavier the object or greater the pressure is, can be countered by another's telekinesis or something similar enough.

Psi Fortress

All psions are capable of producing a field of psionic energy that wraps around the body, these fields generally are very powerful and the primary means of defense to use against many forms of attacks. However Empress Tarra possesses a unique psionic shield that no other people beside her sisters possess and this field is known as the Psi Fortress field, the Psi Fortress field provides additional protection from attacks as well as features that the normal psionic shield does not protect against in addition to being exponentially stronger than a normal psi shield.

Pro's: Does not require constant concentration to be active, provides defenses against exotic attacks such as matter manipulation or magic, provides defenses against microscopic or biological hazards, significantly stronger than a normal psi shield.

Con's: Can not be cast on others, it's more vulnerable to the quantity of an attack rather than the quality of an attack, the Psi Fortress has to every now and then be refreshed other wise it expires.

Deflective Field

Like wise the Deflective Field is another form of psionic based defense that most psions of the Cabal Empire are able to use however the Deflective Field involves a hybrid application of telekinesis and psionic energy, the field itself is telekinetic in nature however it is capable of remaining active with out further actions such as focus or control from the user by fueling it with psionic energy that subsequently puts said telekenetic field on a scripted path. A deflective field for a psion provides the greatest defenses to physical and energy attacks even more so than a psionic shield, it's strength can be multiplied greatly with multiple psions working together and while it's also able to redirect incoming attacks flawlessly regardless of speed it is also able to allow attacks that are coming from with in unopposed which allows for attacks while defending.

Tarra has the strongest recorded deflective field, she used her deflective field on the Cabal Palace during the second invasion of Mars and managed to repel concentrated orbital bombardment of various high yields until the naval assets above them ran out of munitions.

Pro's: Does not require constant concentration to be active, stacks with psi shielding or psi fortress, the strongest defensive ability Tarra Saloks has.

Con's: Does not protect against exotic attacks such as matter manipulation or magic, can be eventually overwhelmed with very sustained and very powerful attacks, can only be used while stationary.

Telepathy

All Psion's possess the ability of telepathy which allows them to communicate their thoughts mentally over vast remote distances by forming psychic connections with targets, with telepathy not only can psion's communicate as if they were right next to each other but are also capable of casting visual images to another whether they be artificial ones or legitimate ones from the real world and those who are exceptionally skilled in telepathy can perform greater feats such as causing another to feel powerful sensations whether they be physical or emotional followed by the greatest telepathic feat reserved only for the most skilled which is mind control. Tarra Salok's telepathic range is as large as her telekenetic range in addition she is one of the few in the empire that has displayed the feat of being able to control thousands of enemy units against their will for a very extended period of time.

Pro's: Does not require constant concentration to be active so long as a link has been established, the process to use telepathy is very casual and does not in anyway cause strain to the user even if it is being resisted, telepathy can be used to detect opponents hidden in the fog of war by sensing the brain waves projected in a given area, with telepathy communications between psions is virtually untraceable/undetectable in addition to giving them superior reaction and strategic mobilization during a fight or campaign.

Con's: Only the most skilled psions can perform higher end telepathic feats, connections can be severed if head injuries are received by the connector or if the connectee is knocked unconscious, telepathic mind control can be resisted by those with high will power.

Battle Inspiration/Despair

Battle Inspiration/Despair is a unique psionic ability that only Tarra possesses, every person in the royal family possesses at-least one special ability but most typically possessed more than one unique psionic ability that others could not have a copy of. As such the mass of psions that apart of the Cabal Empire are incapable of replicating the effects of this ability, the ability as it functions releases a wave of psionic energy over vast distances generally being able to cover an entire continent and when it comes into contact with a living creature it has one of two effects depending on its alignment. Should it be an ally of Tarra it will receive an enhancement of sort that can only be described effectively as "Inspiration" the morale of the person will be raised exponentially and both their physical ability as well as combat prowess would be raised to new heights, combined with this large area of effect this makes the Empress capable of significantly enhancing the effectiveness of an entire army with a single cast without needing to provide more resources or reinforcements to said army.

Now should the psionic energy come across a force that is the enemy of Tarra then they would receive the opposite, their will as well as morale would be lowered to all new lows and their decision making will be flawed. This would effectively neuter the effectiveness of an entire enemy army with out having to even be in the same area as them or need to inflict a single casualty.

Pro's: Battle Inspiration and Battle Despair can be used at the same time making an army almost twice as effective in comparison to the opposition, the effects of inspiration and despair are instantaneous, the effects of inspiration and despair will remain constantly active so long as Tarra is with in range of her allies or opposition, ally accuracy/speed/stamina/pain tolerance/courage/will power increases a minimum of five fold where as the opposite happens to the enemy.

Con's: Can be resisted with anything that dampens psionic powers or abilities, Battle Despair can not work on machines or automated military equipment.

Battle Haze

The second and final special ability of Tarra Saloks, it operates similar to to battle inspiration or despair in the sense that a flood of specialized psionic energy is released into an area to affect biological beings. The effects of Battle Haze is simple, the battle area or environment will be flooded with a vast amount of psionic particles that when in contact with a biological creature that lacks their own psionic defenses (such as a psi shield) will suffer both vision and balance problems until they leave the area or the psionic energy is purged from their body.

Pro's: Battle Haze can stone wall an entire army with out psionic defenses or potent restorative abilities, battle haze lingers in a battlefield so it can effectively deny an area until the psionic energy is removed, absorbing battle haze pisonic energy results in the absorbed regardless of technique or power becoming damaged and even machines can end up being destroyed after absorbing the energy.

Con's: Can be resisted with anything that dampens psionic powers or abilities, ineffective against machines.

Limitless Psionic Energy

Generally speaking the significant majority of the psion population possesses certain limits to their psionic energy or capacity which prevents them from using their gifts endlessly. Over using psioinic energy can cause them to "run dry" which prevents them from using their psionic powers for a period of time until it replenishes which can either be done through three ways (Resting, Replenishing through Intercourse, Meditation)

However those of the royal family are different, they generally have either a limitless capacity for psionic energy or generate infinite amounts of psionic energy. For Tarra's case she can generate an infinite amount of psionic energy which allows her to use her psionic powers endlessly until her physical body is worn from lack of rest or nutrition where as the typical psion would simply be unable to use it after pushing themselves to their psionic capacity.

Emergency Self-Stasis Field

If Tarra ever comes across an instance where she is receiving a fatal wound or is about to receive one her powers will automatically preserve her in a field of psionic energy so powerful that it essentially makes her invulnerable to the attack while also via a regenerative process restoring a modest amount of Tarra's health back. This Emergency Self-Stasis Field can only be used once per day and typically only lasts a few seconds, Tarra can not use this ability consciously and instead is an automatic feature of hers that basically gives her a single "get out of jail" for free card.

Delayed Aging

All Psions of the Cabal Empire had undergone genetic engineering when the Empire was first conceived, generally speaking the Psions age physically three times slower than a human.

Heart Condition

Due to Tarra's ability to produce psionic energy dwarfing her ability to contain it the Empress has suffered genetic and physical damage to her body, her hair was initially blonde and her eyes originally blue but mutations that change physical features has been a common side of the royal family for generations but in Tarra's case the mutations hit her a bit too heavily than it did her previous ancestors.

Tarra suffers from Inappropriate sinus tachycardia, despite the incredibly advance medicine of the Cabal Empire they are unable to permanently cure the damage Tarra has become not too soon after "curing" or "fixing" the issue with her heart the problem returns again and so long as she maintains this great pool of psionic power she will always have the burden of a soft heart. Because of this soft heart she is vulnerable in combat from excess stresses or even excess surprise in social events, should her heart enter a state of erratic or quick beating it could stress the organ and cause her to experience an intense pain followed by lack of energy as she struggles to maintain her breathing properly.

Psi Dampeners

In the far future the EDF (An alternate reality version of Earth where Earth was unified under one Government) created a technology to counter the psionic abilities of the Psions from the Cabal Empire, these Psionic Dampeners significantly reduced the effectiveness of all psionic powers outside of telekinesis and in turn made all their forces universally resistant to it. In theory this same technology can be created and applied by those who possess both the intellect and resources to do so.

Inexperience

Tarra does not possess the diplomatic experience of her eldest sister Marra Saloks but neither does she also possess the prodgicial combat skills and experience of her youngest sister Anya Saloks, Tarra could be considered to be the average of the two and as such she isn't neither the best fighter nor thinker and relies greatly on her allies and own personal power to succeed in difficult endeavors.

If on her own she is far from being the threat she is when she is not.

Speed

Generally speaking Psion's have very high reflexes with it being on average 100 milliseconds to react and acknowledge incoming information in addition to their movement speed comparable to that of a peak human such as Usain Bolt yet despite this Tarra is one of the few "Heavy Hitters" of the Cabal Empire who posses reflexes on par with the average Kell Marine where as in comparison her sisters and Psionic Knights possess hypersonic plus reaction reaction speed and movement speed.
