The strongest I can think of at the moment is a nameless Lantern Corps member. Is there any fodder type character above that level? Just curious.

Yeah, I've been trying to create more fights involving Hei. I'm actually quite surprised that he hasn't been pitted against more street-level characters. I only ever find battles with him against members of the Bat family.

Silk, rather easily from what her power set offers. She seems like a pretty cool character. Any recommended reads?
