Naruto- a single player RPG of that would be awesome!
Darker than Black- it could be great if done right with a good story especially playing as Hei. Plenty of potential for unique enemies.
Psyren- Wide array of different possible environments,possible powers, and enemies. Could go by the story or possibly create your own character in it.
Gundam- A good one that actually allows you to build and customize your own Gundam starting with a basic one but later getting cooler advanced options to add to it.

@thread: I think a Hellsing game would be great. Seems like something that could play similarly to Bayonetta.
