If it is comic book versions, Thor wins.

These are both such compelling arguments, I can't decide.

Thanos stomps with prep. If Reed can do it then Thanos should have no problem.

Besides in "Thanos" he sorta defeated him with minimal prep or at least humiliated him along with a stronger being.

I don't think Thanos could kill Galactus. BFR him, yeah. Entrap him somehow, probably.

Thanos could actually easily replicate Beta Ray Bill Godhunter, given he's vastly superior to Bill in every way. Unlike BRB who decided to spare Galactus in order to keep his death from wiping out 20 light years of the cosmos, Thanos would have no problem letting Galactus starve.

Cosmic characters can generally amp up their physicals to near unlimited levels. Tyrant could amp himself to Sun-dip Superman's level, and then stomp him.

I just saw this is Pre-Crisis Darkseid. I also confess ignorance about Larfleeze. It sounds like this is ultimately PC Darkseid + Thanos vs Larfleeze.

@kangconquers: I still think Thanos and Darkseid together are too much and probably win but Larfleeze isn't a push over. To my understanding he houses the entire power of the Orange Spectrum so he is equal to a few thousand Silver Surfer level characters and his skill with the ring is probably beyond the vast majority of ring wielders since he has been doing the whole Agent Orange thing for possibly billions but at least millions of years. Not to mention Fernus MMH is at least a JLA buster if not more. So The fight sounds pretty good honestly.

The odd man out is Apocalypse. He gets one-shotted about 3 seconds in.

Most incarnations of Thor (Classic Feats Thor, King Thor, Rune King Thor, Old King Thor, Early JMS Thor) Curb Stomp.

Current Thor could take at best 5/10, probably more like 3-4/10 after his Apocalypse and Sentry jobs.

No Void= Thanos stomp. Thanos's durability is basically Skyfather level, which means there's nothing either of these guys could do to hurt him.

@ordinaryalan: A lantern rings can only do so much even the construct abilities virtually stay same, it just depends on the user, even so Thanos or Darkseid's power set is still better IMO than the capabilities of a lantern ring.

Team 1 win, Apocalypse isn't needed as they loose badly, and Black Adam, while Superman level, isn't on par with these guys; same with MMH, as his only chance is his TP, but Thanos is immune to it, or has uber resistance.

This. We've never seen a case where Lantern level characters (We'll go with Marvel high Heralds like Silver Surfer) have teamed up and defeated Thanos head on. We don't know how many heralds he can solo, but we know it's at least six, judging by his Tyrant feat.
