There´s a huge different. 
DC´s Hercules is stronger than Marvel Hercules (sorry for the fans but it´s true). 
PowerGirl could kick Marvel Hercules ass.
Well, she would win but would be a GOOD fight.
If she face DC Hercules she would lose the fight.
DC Hercules punch away Superman. 
And Superman it´s stronger than PowerGirl
