Kaede is the youngest daughter of Toshiro Mitsuri, who is the owner of a telecommunications company. She is 15 years old, with dark brown hair and bright green eyes.
Kaede has always been a really good gardener, although recently people have begun to realize that there's a bit more to her abilities than just knowing when to fertilize things. She spends a lot of time in the woods at her parents' estate. She has some limited ability to make things grow and change, although she needs to be in physical contact with them for the effect to take place. She's beginning to learn that most of her strength is in the ability to grow and change herself, although she has done almost no experimentation with this just yet.
She doesn't realize it yet (and neither does anyone else, of course), but her abilities are less "druid" and more "dryad" - she maintains some sort of connection to the places she's expended a lot of her energy and is able to draw power back from them and use it to change or heal herself, making her difficult to incapacitate long term, although she can be incapacitated in the short term easily enough. The flip side of this is that the connection works both ways, and damage to Kaede's special groves will harm her as well.
