History
If one was to expect Elliot to have a tragic backstory, they would overall, be wrong. Elliot did not lead the best life but he lead a well enough life in his eyes. He lived with a single mother, as the father left her with him. From when he was a child, he had always seen costumed vigilantes sticking it to crime, clobbering the bad guys and trying to make the world a better place. This made Elliot desire to physically excel from a young age.
As Elliot grew older his perspectives changed. He was always a smart child despite how crude he in fact seems to everyone, he is very intelligent. He had lost a lot of perspective on superheroes, thinking the concept silly now, with how they hardly made the world a better place. Or at least, that was what he wanted to think. Still he had the drive to push his body further. He however opted to pursue carriers of his own, receiving a half scholarship to go to college where he would learn auto motives, chemistry and a bit of material's science. He found himself to have a passion for both, loving chemicals and fast cars.
However, as Elliot also developed an aptitude for firearms, and found that despite his degrees, he was getting nowhere, he decided to live the life of a mercenary vigilante soon after ironically, determined to try and make the city a better place by inspiring people, quell crime and make money all at the same time. Often times, Elliot tracks downs, and mugs drug dealers and other major makers of money in cities. He does take jobs as long as they "Don't involve killing children or anything like that."

Abilities
Elliot is a human being with no "metahuman" abilities, who uses other means to compensate. His damage output consists of a varying amount of firearms, chemical weapons and other crafts. He relies on his literal armory in tandem with his wits to take outpace most people who'd have him seemingly outgunned.
Despite his heavy use of weapons, he is very skilled in nearly everything he does, having sometimes seemingly superhuman marksmanship capabilities. Due to being often outmatched, Elliot has become quite the tactician. Often gauging practically how he can go about fighting someone and if he even can.
Elliot's damage comes from mostly very long range attacks, although he is capable of fighting up close, having hand to hand skill, as well as being skilled with seemingly any improvised weapon. The wide variety of tactics and his pragmatic nature lead to him coming out on top of seemingly superior opponents who are often physically better in every way.
A sharp mind
Elliot, though not a super genius, is exceedingly intelligent and has learned numerous skills from within the city itself. He never really watched much TV. One of his most notable is an affinity for chemistry. His combat skills are in guns in particular, hand to hand combat and improvised weapons.
Chemistry: Elliot has knowledge of how to create a wide parade of substances on the periodic table. Though he does not have the knowledge or resources on how to make exotic materials that are indestructible like adamantium, he has knowledge of a wide variety of chemical flames. He is also knowledgeable of drugs and poisons.
Mechanical aptitude: Very good at making and modifying things. He often takes simple items and makes them into deadly weapons and useful tools. He can make knives channel electricity or inject compressed air into opponents, supersoakers shoot fire, adds spikes to hammers, uses bleach to make bombs or uses his modified cellphone as one would a PDA to do any number of things.

Marksmanship and Gunplay: Seems superhuman at times. Elliot is capable of shooting many thrown objects completely out of the air and can hit faster moving objects with calculation as to where it will be. This even applies to targets faster then sound even though he often times can't see it. Indeed, Elliot shoots in a way as to indicate he uses his eyes less against close range targets, him able to dual wield with weapons as if they are two separate entities, and shoot targets on completely opposing sides, or for him to shoot targets based on noises alone.

Elliot seems to be able to pull of a variety of improbable shots, such as regularly shooting his opponent's eyes, shooting his own grenades and deflecting projectiles by shooting them. He can also keep track of very s
Combat prowess:Though he has not taken kung fu or very many exotic martial arts, he is a very effective fighter, having learned from both experience on the streets and teachers. He is primarily well versed in boxing, MMA, Wrestling. Brazillian Jujitsu and a few basic move from other martial arts. He is in particular, a very good knife/dagger fighter, and is good at throwing them. He uses these as a base and incorporates his own instinct and sense, to fight with his own distinct, often pragmatic style reliant somewhat on instinct, simplicity, effectiveness and fluid adaptive ability.
- Improvised weapon mastery- Elliot is very good at using improvised weapon. From Baseball bats, to bricks, to crowbars, frying pans, trashcan lids, medical needlea, wooden planks, rocks, car doors, chairs, kitchen knives, hammers, wrenches, Elliot can turn common household items into legitimate weapons, sometimes even able to combat users with indestructible weapons or weapons that cut through anything.
Anticipation: (Goes hand and hand with reflexes)- Very good at predicting trajectories and the next move of his adversaries. Making it easier for him to dodge certain types of attacks. However, just because he can anticipate one bullet, doesn't mean he can get out of the way of 30 or 100. Though he can run for cover, and he can blatantly dodge bullets from more then 300 feet away.
Stealth: Elliot is not batman but he is surprisingly good at sneaking up and away from people.
Experienced Driver: Elliot is very good at driving motorized vehicles in general and is actually especially good at weaponizing them for use against more powerful foes.
Pilot: Elliot recently been able to learn how to pilot certain air craft, such as helicopters, primarily.
Tactician: People very often underestimate Elliot's ability to outwit his opponents, using the environment and his own arsenal to beat out people stronger, faster and "smarter" then he is. Elliot has much experience fighting general people outside of Gothic. He is generally, very resourceful. Though not above retreating or talking to his opponent to resolve or avoid unnecessary conflict.
Jack of all trades (Physical)
As far as Elliot's physical stats are concerned, he is not the strongest nor the fastest or more agile. But he is pretty good at doing all those things very well. He trained hard much of his life to achieve his physicals.


Strength: Elliot has abnormal strength for a human from hard work and training, and has been often called a "strong man" like those of old. He can bench press 800 lbs and he has very strong grip. He stronger in his other muscles, able to break police handcuffs, bend iron bars with his hands, hold up to 130 lbs straight out in front of him. hold grown men up by their necks with both hands and strike rather hard, on par with heavyweight boxers. He can punch with nearly a ton of force under normal circumstances at 1600 lbs and at a around ton under duress. He kicks well into a ton of force at 2700 to even 4000 lbs, and is easily capable of sending people away with his kick. A well placed punch can out a regular person cold in one blow or even kill them, sometimes. He is capable of lugging around large amounts of gear and at times even able to hold some weapons that are traditionally mounted. On his back he can carry around 1000 lbs on his back.


Speed: Elliot has above average speed but not superhuman or abnormal.Elliot is however unusually fast and for someone of his size and muscle, able to throw punches at blurring speeds. Elliot draws his gun however with seemingly superhuman speed, some people not even able to see him draw. His sleight of hand allows for fluent and incredibly efficient reloads.


Agility: Elliot is fairly agile for one of his size and able pull off evasive manures like rolls and leans very well. He is not by any means a master acrobat but he quick on his feet and fluid. He can jump and do a backflip without armor but he cannot practically apply this to combat, opting for more "mundane" maneuvers rather then "fancy acrobatics."
Reflexes: Elliot possesses honed reflexes, especially with adrenaline. He can read labels off spent cartridges as they are ejected from a fire arm and react well to throne objects and strikes. Though he is not technically a "bullet timer" he can react to bullets by getting out of the way before they are fired and even dodge attacks from some opponents with super speed by getting out of the way before they attack. Whether or not he can see an object depends on how large it is, how fast it is moving, the color and how close it is. Elliot has difficulty seeing very fast objects when they are close up and when they are small, like bullets. He does not possess a danger sense and to dodge any object faster then sound he must know that it is coming first. That said he has very impressive dodging abilities due to his natural ability to anticipate his opponents next physical move and subconsciously know trajectories.
Endurance: Elliot has drive to push himself through difficult situations. Whether trapped. severely wounded or drugged. he doesn't stop fighting when determined. He can be very tenacious
Stamina: Elliot has great stamina due to much training, able to go 26 miles at a moderate pace. He is often capabl of running and manuevring quickly with very heavy gear and running quickly without tiring for some time

Durability: Abnormal. Without the Armor, He can be trapped under large car like weights. He has a high G tolerance and is able to survive relatively high speed car crashes with some injury. He can take a profuse beating from people, having tough skin, muscles and bones. He is even able to take being beat with solid metal blunt instruments and able to have wooden objects broken over him and still be able to shrug it off at times. Sometimes, he likes bends iron bars on his body simply because he can. He can hammer nails into wood with his barehands or his skull as well as dent cars with little harm to himself. Wood sometimes breaks over his hardened body with no harm whatsoever and withstands gunshots while still being able to function.
With the Armor Elliot regularly gets punched into cars, falls multiple stories,walks through fire and poisoned gas unhibited, walks through poisoned gas and generally survives things no human being has a rightto survive.
The Armory
Elliot isn't called Armory for nothin'.
Grizzly body armor 2.0

Think Elliot likes to go out into the streets with a skin tight suit to go out fighting crime? Think again. "The Grizzly" as he likes to call it, is a body armor he spent years buiilding and perfecting in his spare time. The armor is layered, the first layer being a full body suit filled with D30 shear thickening fluid, hardening on impact when in contact. Around the Torso is dragon skin body armor to protect against sustained assault rifle fire. After that is a heat resistant substance capable of allowing Elliot to withstand being near very intense flames. Allowing Elliot to have above human durability, able to withstand high falls, punches from some metahumans, being hit by moving vehicles, crashing in moving vehicles, high amounts heat temporarily, electricity to the point that Elliot can shrug off being struck by a lightning bolt if on the ground and with the mask, protect against disease, chemicals and even radiation that could otherwise. Elliot cannot be very effectively harmed by human or even many peak human strikes while wearing this armor. The shear thickening fluid makes it resistant to blades as well. It even contains a mini AC unit to stop him from overheating.
Ballistic gas helmet
- Bullet resistant helmet made of Kryon CNT reinforced steel and lined with D30 Gel padding on the inside. Protects against strikes to the head. Can withstand even a modified .50 cal bullet (though not multiple)
- Contains a gas mask to prevent Elliot from inhaling toxic substances.
- Equipped with an SCBA, Elliot can use this to breath in the absence of oxygen.
- Thermal vision gas mask and Night vision
- Anti-Flash lenses to protect against bright lights and lasers that can be easily flipped up and down on his mask, as the situation requires.
- Advanced "hearing aid" technology in the helmet allows Elliot to actually adjust how much he wants to hear. He can push a button and not hear anything, to protect against explosions, gunfire and sonic weapons used against him. Or increase his hearing in quiet areas where he would need it.
Melee
Wasp knife: A needle like knife that injects compressed air into the target. Air expands to the size of a basketball while freezing the opponent.
SAP gloves: Metal plated weighted gloves padded with filaments around Elliot's hand to protect it, but amplify his punches greatly.
Taser knife: Knife with an electrified blade. For when just stabbing isn't enough.
Flash torch: Small flashlight looking device. Shoots out a "hot knife" of burning metal particles to cut through metals, armor, bulletproof glass and metal through a combination of heat and abrasion through metals. Cuts at 5000 degrees F and must be reloaded after each use. It works actually a lot like a lightsaber and will cut through most materials rather easily. information here.
Shock rod: Modified cattle prod. The weapon can be tuned to deliver fatal damage, even able to go through body armor, damage traditional electricity defenses and ignite said target while overriding their muscle movement. At moderate levels of electricity, it can boil blood. Can work in reverse. Should target have electricity based metahuman powers, it can drain electricity too.

Buckshot surprise: A modified MAUL shotgun mounted on Elliot's forearm, these weapons are able to amplify the force of Elliot's punches by shooting as he punches. Often unloading a solid slug into Elliot's opponentcapable of piercing brick and hitting with 3 or even 4 tons of concretrated force.Mountedon each arm With this, Elliot can easily "punch" people's heads off by essentially firing a point blank round into his opponents face. Only metahumans can hope to last against this attack. This gun holds 5 rounds and is also capable of firing frag 12s and Dragon's breath ammunition.
"Dragon's kiss"
Dragon's kiss: Mini underbarrel blow torch attachment, often put on the Beowulf along with a heatshield. A potent weapon, can use an Acetyne/Oxygen torch to melt any pure substance on the periodic table with temperatures of 6000 F. Easily melts steel., concrete and any substance on the periodic table. Can melt diamond. Much more potent is the Dicyanoacetylene/oxygen flame. Hottest flame known on the periodic table at over 9010 F. At only 1000 degrees short of the surface of the sun, this flame melts most anything. If Elliot uses this for too long or too much, it will damage the gun. The flame is does not need to make contact to burn.

Flame-Gloves: Range of 20 feet.

M79: A Grenade launcher that fires various 40 mm grenades of Elliot choice a vast distance. Usually used for destroying cars and vehicles, blowing down walls, killing off groups or more powerful opponents.


AA-12: Fully automatic, recoil dampened shotgun capable of firing a large variety of ammunition including buckshot, slugs, Frag-12 grenades and other types of exotic ammunition.
- Frag-12s are a round that essentially turns it into an fully automatic cannon able to strike well into 10-25 tons of force. Can be made to be High-Explosive, Armor piercing or Fragmenting
The Dragoon

The Dragoon: A custom made modern day blunderbuss, this large weapon hits with around 5 tons of force in one point blank shot. Much of the force is absorbed by the gun's own weight, and armory's strength.
Capable of firing a large variety of rounds, such as any of Elliot's grenades, any variety of slugs to smash into targets, flechettes and most anything that can go into the barrel
As-50AS-50: .50 Caliber Semi Automatic recoil dampened Anti-Material rifle capable of going through sheets of steel and hitting with approximately 7.5 tons of force on a very small area.

Anzio-20mm Cannon: A few steps up from a .50 cal, the Anzio 20mm is a rifle that fires, well, a 20 mm cannon round with muzzle energies of 38,000 ft lbs, or 19 tons of force at the muzzle in pure kinetic energy. Of course, energy doesn't have to be fully kinetic can use a diverse variety of rounds for different situations.

LSAT- Lightweight Small Arms Technologies. A light machine gun that only weighs about 12 pounds loaded and holds 100 rounds in a normal magazine. Extended magazine can hold more.
Panzerfaust-3Panzerfaust-3: A very powerful anti tank weapon, capable of destroying any conventional armored vehicle that exists in a single shot. Where something like say an M16, has trouble going through half an inch of well made steel, this weapon can go through nearly 3 feet of it and 7 feet of concrete Upon impact, focuses a stream of molten copper towards it's target upon impact, which travels at approximately mach 25. This H.E.A.T round lacks an explosive radius, however, a direct hit is capable of hitting one with give or take 4000 tons of force. Making this weapon the ideal weapon to kill metahumans outright, it often being absolutely superior to any 100 tonner blows. This is due to it's nature as a shaped charge, allowing for for the explosion to be focused and to be used to propel a projectile. It capable of easily sending one flying, putting people through several walls, punching through durable opponents or eviscerating them outright. Round is capable of penetrating any conventional substance and can absolutely shred steel.
Also comes in different rounds.
Concussion simply generates a larger then normal explosion, using exclusively explosives.
Fragmenting launches fragments of hazardous materials at Elliot's opponents for hundreds of feetat roughly mach 2. One of the more potent choice of fragments is diamond dust to emb in particularly durable foes.
Thermobaric is a rather devastating incendiary explosive round that uses the ambient oxygen to increase it's explosive radius and cause a massive blast over pressure. This causes it to often cause most any human arget's lungs to explode and rips the oxygen away from many metahumans.
However, said weapon is hazardous to use inside to people around Elliot or even Elliot himself if he is unarmored. Round travels 200 mph and quickly accelerates to 681 mph, making it surprisingly difficult (but possible) to see properly. It can be described as a blur.
Grenades
Thermite grenade: Is it's own oxidizer. Burns underwater and even without oxygen, but slow reaction speed. Can burn at temperatures of 5000 degrees Fahrenheit. Making it effective at burning metals.
Oil Slick: A clear, transparent fluid designed to negate the friction on the ground. The stuff is so thick and potent that it can throw vehicles that drive over it too fast swerving.
Flashbang: Specifically M84. A very potent stun grenade. This thing is very loud at 180 decibels. 50 decibels is normal speech. 100 Decibels can break glass. 120 Decibels is a thunderstrike. 180 Decibels is practically an explosion. It causes a bright light, causes a loud ringing noise in humans, disrupts inner ear fluid to remove balance and induces often temporary deafeness, though not always. Flashbangs are prone to permanent ear injuries and if you are extremely close, they can harm you. It is capable of igniting flammable fluids in the immediate vicinity.
Napalm grenade: Large heavy grenade that sprays napalm about 2200 F, enough to melt many steels
C02 Grenade: Sprays C02 about. Mostly to extinguish ordinary fires.
White Phosphorous grenade: Ignites with white phosphorous. Temperatures of 5,000 F Enough to melt most materials including any steel and all but the highest temperature materials. Produces toxic smoke. Masks from infrared. Has an extreme radius of 35 meters.Very lethal against flash
Tear gas: Riot control non lethal grenade.
Shrapnel grenade: Explosive grenade filled with sharp objects. 4 ft blast radius. 300 meter total shrapnel radius. Materials vary from nails, to steel,tungsten and even diamond dust.
Concussion grenade: Powerful grenade. Most effective indoors. Often sends target flying or liquifies people outright. Powerful enough to even send cars flying a short distance.
Sugar baby: Makeshift smoke bomb made from explosive materials and sugar/flour.
Hellfire grenade: Rarely ever used by Elliot except under the most dire of circumstances. ClF3 (Chlorine trifluoride) Grenade that burns almost any known substance once ignited. Traditional flame proof substances do not work. Readily ignites violently with water. Better oxidizer than oxygen. Can burn in a vaccum for some time. No known substance puts it out. Simply trying to use C02 or other atmospheric displacement substance has no effect. Must be contained (slowed down) while the area is kept at a low temperature in order to contain the reaction.
Mines: Home made explosive, pressure triggered mine. Explodes with High-Explosive, Shrapnel or armor piercing shaped charges capable of piercing metals.
- Anti-Tank Mine: A much more potent and larger version of his mine, it is of course, a mine that can bust an 60 ton tank. Against most human sized targets, it hits with a very large radius, often shooting molten shrapenl up to tear it's targets apart, or simply send the target away several hundred feet, if they are durable enough.
C4: Remote detonated plastic explosive. Comes in shaped charge or high explosive varieties.
Krokatoa: Small modular explosive. Plastic explosive with copper insert. Explosion launches copper upwards with sufficient force to penetrate armored vehicles, tanks and even a warship.
Bleach Bomb: Toxic gas that coats the area in chlorine gas to poison the opponent as well as corrode certain materials.
Fluoroantomic acid: Stored in a Teflon Container, this acid can other burn through practically any other material, reacting with more potency then most any other material. It will otherwise melt, glass, concrete, steel and other metals and even dissolve carbon nanotubes, one of the strongest materials known to man (being hundreds if not thousands of times stronger than steel depending on the quality.) The only reason it does not eat it's container is because Teflon incorporates elements that cause the material to not react. With a pH of -31.4, it is "100,000 billion billion billion" times stronger then stomach acid.
However, if the substance is heated, then practically nothing will be able to contain it.
Cellphone: A modified, Jailbroken phone. Can tap into police radios, and Elliot if he has a signal, can use it to hire hackers to control his phone remotely and hack something for him. He can also use it to keep track of tracking devices he makes, or as a remote detonator to bombs placed in the area. He frequently uses this for car bombs.
Last resort

The garage
Elliot likes cars and often collects them from criminals. The less nice ones anyway. Often times, he armors them, adds illegal mods, remote controls them, puts large payloads of bombs into them or whatever else he can think of. He travels in. He also keeps trucks and the like here.

The Marauder.A 21,781 lb (9,900 kilograms) armored vehicle, it is very well capable of tanking mines, high explosives, and practically any bullet short of something from an anti-material rifle, or something similar. It is large enough to drive straight over and crush cars like insects. Powerful enough ram straight through several walls at once.
