  • Thanks for the shutout :) Its a pleasure discussing comic stuff with you aswell, your hands down one of the most knowledgeable comic fans ive ever come across.
  • Cool write up...And besides the blogs your rookie days sound very similar to my rookie days on the site 7 years ago...lol...I to was first drawn to the site by the who would win allure.. And i tottaly get where your coming from, after a while the battle forums get tedious becuase of the constantly immaturity and bias which is why i become much less active debating battles like four-five years ago.
  • Anyways Glad you enjoyed the site, the true joy of comic vine is seeing folks with my similar nerdy interest discuss comics and similar things with great passion.

  • Interesting...All in all its a nice list.
  • And i gotta give you extra respect for ranking Logan so highly...People forget just how much a beast Wolverine is in regards to his h2h skills..Mainly because of his contant over reliance on berserker rage and his overuse of rudimentary slashing motions...But throughout his 40 plus year history in comics he has bested some of the best of the best of the Marvel h2h elite....Alot of which of he has done so without ever even having to unsheathe his claws.

@jumpstart55: Why thank you. I'm glad you think so. :)

IIRC, you were the one who told me to see Nosferatu, right? And "The Serpent's Egg" was on my "to-watch list" for a good while. Good thing I decided to check both of them at the same weekend, right? And I did my homework about them, which resulted in this blog.

I did read about "The Man Who Laughs" and at least visually, it seems quite macabre. I'm definitely going to see it one of these days. And unfortunately no, to date, I only saw one movie made by Bergman. :-T

Hmm...Did i tell you? I dont remember, but it do remember telling you about the first Darcula film from the 30s.

The Seventh Seal is a must watch if you consider yourself a Bergman fan and fan of classic cinema...And its also a must watch if your into Dark Gothic Fantasy, Morality dilemmas of the theological kind, The personification of Death manifested as a Dark Robbed figure of great mystery.

And i know i say its a must watch alot..lol But this time i,m dead serious you have to watch the Seventh seal.

I,m positive that you'll like it more then the Relic..lol

  • Awesome blog.
  • Hmm...I guess comics taught me to always offer a helping hand if possible to somebody in need.
  • And Superman's extreme optimism is proably why i consider myself such an optimist today.

Awesome...The Nick Furry should be interesting.

Gotta give him some respect.

And i,m super excited for the Iron Man armors respect thread...Tag me for that one as soon as you post it....I love me some Iron Man..lol

Sure thing. I don't know if you have seen this Iron-man respect thread I made because I don't remember you commenting on it but just in case, I'll post it (and because I know you like Iron-man).

Oh and BTW, I added two more characters (well its the same character) which I think you will be pretty excited about.

  • Great job on the Iron Man respect thread...10/10...The h2h skills portion was really well done.
  • Also..That Eddie Brock thread should be dope.
