Ill start of with a counter first.
Counters
1. It seems that static did the thing where he could make people stick to stuff was at very close range and was done to thugs with a normal strength levels. My charcters have superior strength and I don't think that would hold them down I will need to see a feat of him doing that to some stronger people.
2. I cant find a feat for Batwing invis suit can u please supply me one even in that case Spiderman would be able to sense him as well as the aliens.. Aliens dont use sight they use smell and Spiderman has been able to detect invisible things like radio waves.
3. Force fields cant stop the webs. And he has taken beatings from sonic weapons before like really bad beatings and doesn't get KO'ed
Battle Plan
Miguel has webs that can pin down static before he can do anything the aliens distract Batwing for a really long time they have some pretty good durability feats and are very tough versatile fighters and have beat predators in 1v1 which have suits that are very well adapt and durable and can go invis. So they even possibility that they take him down I think they do that's for the voters to decide. With feats I will show. Spiderman than tears static up in a fight especially when he is pinned down he would use his claws that can cut through metal his strength that can rip apart cars and his venom from his fangs that have affected robots and submariner.
Spiderman 2099 (Miguel)
Punches the Submariner so hard he gets KO'ed the Submariner has really good durability feats.
Also proves his venom feat.
As you notice here he is detecting an invisible wave with ease. Even though he doesn't have spidy-senses, he has hearing and smell and eyesight that stomps the original Spiderman's.
This proves Miguel would be able to tag static because his only speed is moving past fast cars not speeding rockets.
The Aliens.
These guys are creepy.
They have no heat presence and are master at stealth so while Miguel is fighting static you have no real way of finding them so they hide and wait for there attack on Batwing.

As you can see right in the begging the Predator is Invisible but the alien stabs right through him with no problem Batwing's suit isn't holding up to that. Not to mention the acidic acid as blood would burn right through you.
They take alot of beatings and can still fight.
And if you show me one fight where Batwing just flies around and drops incendiaries I will believe you but since this is a fight and you are not him that is not how Batwing would fight, unless you can prove me that he does that a whole fight, to a group of people that will be very well stealthed and in the metal houses that he fire probably couldn't get to and are super fast than I will say ok you can have that.

Heres just a basic intro to start off nothing big just describing my peps.
Spiderman 2099:
Reaction times that not many can compare to can dodge a bullet at close blank range.
Has a venom that is so deadly can effect cyborgs that are no where close to human.
Has enough strength to tear a car in half.
Has went hand to hand with Thor in a close combat fight.
As claws that can cut through metal
And can shoot webs
15 Alien Xenomorphs
There blood has acid like qualities and has been seen to melt through metal.
The tails can pierce through a predators Armour. Easily through a human.
Are very stealthy and have hid from multiple humans and predators.
They can spit the acid and have it come out of there dagger like tails.
Great agility and speed.
Can take bullets from many guns only the most powerful ones can take them down
Battle Plan
Batwing gets jumped by the aliens and loses quickly they wont need stealth for this one. 10 of those aliens survive and that's being nice. Spider man's job during this time is distraction. Running house to house dodging your shots with ease and setting up webs hopefully catching static in one of them. When the aliens get done they just jump in on the fight probably dieing quick but just as a distraction for spider man to web him and when he holds him down with the web Miguel can tear him apart with his claws and mouth.

.... Good point i wont use it ill uses the highest reaction time aloud which is the gun fire.
