Either Batman, Deathstroke, or Karate Kid win. Nobody else stands a chance.
The reason I say Batman is because he will do the most with this scenario. He will ring out anybody he can’t overpower. He’s used to not killing while some of these guys aren’t. Basically the tournament rules are set up in a way to favor the smarter fighter, so that skilled warriors can win over those who are stronger. This is right up Batman’s alley as a man who has had to make his way with the gods just through his intelligence and preparation.
Deathstroke is worth a mention because he is basically a stronger version of Batman. That was his inception as a character. Anything Batman has going for him, Deathstroke can match. Out of every potential match up here, Deathstroke is the hardest for Batman and the one guy who might put him out. I don’t see anybody else beating Batman in this setting.
Then there’s Karate Kid who is the best actual martial artist here. However I’m not sure if he can avoid a ring out by Batman. Batman is just going to outsmart him eventually. If anybody is foolish enough to just square up with Karate Kid, they will meet a swift defeat. The only guy here who is crafty enough to bypass that superhuman skill is Batman.
