Massacre and Batwing are both exceptional fighters that could give Panther a run for his money if they worked together. Batwing is a genius, but not nearly on the level of Panther; however, he has Batman, who is smarter than Panther on comm. BP gadgets are ten times better than Batwing's. I see BP winning.

He doesn't run anything. White Lantern Superman beats him, Kal Kent beats him, Silver Surfer gives him a hard time (could go either way), Molecule Man gives him a hard time, i'm not sure about Galactus; Spectre is freaking God lite, so Thor pretty much dies when the Spectre blinks.

Black by nature, but barely. Contrary to popular belief, Icon could take BA with ease. Black Adam/ Captain Marvel are substantially weaker than Superman, but give him a hard time because they bring him down to their level with his weakness for magic. Icon is almost as powerful as Supes, and thus would massacre Adam. Black Panther and Black Canary are both formidable martial artists, but I think Canary is better. When it comes to her sonic screams, Black Panther can just use some vibranium device to absorb her sound waves and take her out with another one. With no powers or gadgets, Canary might take it, unless just totally outsmarted by Panther. John would have the hardest fight in my opinion, as a whisper from Black Bolt could kill, but he could use the ring to open up a portal and "nicely" deposit BB in the middle of a supernova.

Round 1: Superman is stronger than everyone; has beat the Hulk, Red Hulk is around the same strength level, Abomination is weaker

Round 2: All weaker versions of Superman, but Black Adam is magical and thus can cause trouble, so MM can destroy him for Supes

Round 3: WW is a nonfactor, Sodom Yat is formidable, but not quite enough to take down Supes simply because of experience, Flash can speed steal, but he wouldn't be fast enough to take ppl. of team 1's speed (at least not all of them);you can look at his fight with Amazo in red tornado's body to see how one fast person can cause trouble

Round 4: Any member of team 1 sneezes and wipes them out

Round 5: Supes beats Martian Manhunter normally, but especially w/ ring, despero can be handled by majestic, Supes or Majestic can take out surfer; Thor can stall him, while they finish off the other 2

Round 6: They would be able to take out Thanos and Darkseid, but Spectre is the manifestation of God's wrath so he solos team 1

Round 7: Hard to say, due to all of the reality manipulation going around; Tiamut and Galactus can be taken down with 3 way cooperation; for Beyonder, good luck team 1

zatanna and deadman are the ones to watch on the JLD, but the midnight suns take it
