There's really no way to tell to be honest. If Venti used one attack to level one mountain or multiple mountains or the entirety of the country. There's the tale of Venti completely wiping out the tallest mountain in Teyvat to the point where its peak is now on ground level. If we were to take Genshin gameplay literally, then a country for them is a small town for us.

Depending on the version of Wesker used because I think he varies between games and media used. That being said, the fastest I've seen of Wesker is only slightly behind Brandley in terms of speed. Wesker has the edge in durability due to his regeneration: meaning he could potentially catch bradley off guard by letting himself get stabbed and thus trapping bradley like what happened in the battle of the fort against greed and the north soldiers.
