@cattlebattle: You do know a private and well profited corporation is paying for this right, 10 million dollars for Coke is nothing.
I think he is referring to the fact that such large sums being put into advertising instead of things that matter is a problem in and of itself.
$10,000,000 is a lot of freaking money. You could permanently take hundreds of U.S. families out of poverty with that dough. You could get our country one step closer to losing it's Global debt.
But corporate fat cats are hoarding it all and blowing it on things that don't matter, such as CGi Coke commercials.
And that is an economic problem.
But at least it's an awesome one! I mean, the Hulk fighting Ant-Man?!? Hurray for capitalism!!!!
I am not upset with the artwork like other people are. Spectacular Spiderman proved that interesting characters can still be developed with simple art.
The 15 minute run time for each episode makes me suspicious though. That doesn't leave much time to develop compelling plots.
Not like this, DC. Not like this.
Storyboard driven shows actually can have quite a bit of good content squeezed into that 11/12 minutes. Look at Adventure Time or Steven Universe.
