Even without Cluster, Deku and him should be able to win pretty handily.

I think people are forgetting Nagant can fly put of his reach. Plus 200 feet isn’t something he’d cross too fast for her to escape. It will be a stalemate if Mirio keeps her in his sights but her escaping from view especially in the dark is almost guaranteed and from there a bullet he can’t see is all it takes.
