@realitywarper: Really? I loved Chaos War but wasn't Dax Novu as Mandrakk a multiversal threat and one of the strongest beings in DC at the time? And Thought Robot is supposedly a walking plot device. :-/
@ryanhicaiji: If my memory serves me well, Chaos King absorbed almost every planet there is except for Earth 616 and conquered Hell and chased Lady Death herself away, yet he is only an aspect of Eternity, a universal abstract, whom is waaaayyy inferior to Living Tribunal(multiversal), whom is waaaayyy inferior to TOAA.
How about Chaos King? He was very powerful(he killed and absorbed the entire pantheon of gods and attacked Hell causing Death to flee) but still very well below Eternity and he absorbs universes, rather than warp reality so he could count. Surtur without Twilight Sword or Trion Juggernaut could do it too imho.
Usually with any threads like this first time that comes to mind would the great magic users such as Dormammu, Classic Strange, Shuma Gorath etc. They aren't exactly nigh-omnipotent but more or less they use whatever's necessary to bring their enemies down but still are very powerful(Dormammu was able to take on Eternity). Besides that the easy way would be a random Celestial. :-P
@ordinaryalan: Alright then. For now, the way I see it if the fight drags on Major Force might pull out a win if he manages to overload Shaw somehow. It would be interesting though to see what Shaw would do once he's absorbed the quantum energy, and how he would use it against Major Force :-/
@ordinaryalan: Not really, no. Even after absorbing the nuclear energy he was still able to manipulate Erik's magnetic powers with no trouble at all. He was only stopped when Erik sneakily took off his helmet allowing Charles immobilize him completely. In the movie the only weakness he seemed to show was that he needed to be aware to use his powers.
