Surfer was partially depowered in his fight with Hulk on the Skarr world, Surfers powers were getting leeched by a device in that instance with Black Panther, and he ended up owning Black Panther in the very next panel..you act like Black Panther beat Surfers ass or something...really dude pick up a comic for once
