I am sorry I know DD decently well but I don't see DD with a majority Red Hood is stated to be one of the greatest marksman in the dcu, a great acrobat, and his fighting skill has been heavily buffed since the start of the New 52 especially being able to fight Deathstroke, Azrael, Batwing and his all blades allowed his to fight with an Amazonian who has skill at least equal to Cass Cain. Jason has training from the league he is not slouch in H2h and went traveling the world to perfect his skills and killed his masters cause they turned out to be jerks. Jason was a street kid, he knows those streets so well so I'd say this is not a stomp at all considering RH skill I think people are really downplaying his ability to give DD a fight. RH is not going to let DD kill him or at least is taking DD with him RH plans ahead for just in case situations he has a powerful taser in his belt strong enough to give Batman a shock through his own suit, This is at worst a tie for Jason 5/10 at best 7/10

Hawkman is too powerful for Wolvie in Death of Hawkman he held off Despero for a few pages plus Nth metal increases his healing factor. His Flight is pretty good and he is supposed to be one of the best wingmen period.

Hal is too good he can keep up with Lightray who is the fastest of the New Gods and when LightRay was seen fatiguing Hal took Highfather for him. Hal killed Parallax Hal from ZH and Paralilax Sinestro he can tank hits from Gods and is the most skilled GA in raw power

This is rough but MK is losing to whoever he fights plus his magic powers are food for Jason's all blades and NW regularly fights Raptor now who is just as fast as NW and more savage without a problem killing. Winter Soldier i don't know what his preferred way to fight is but RH has the best aim of any robin swordsmanship rivaling GA normally fights and kills superhumans and Nightwing has fought top tier street level on several occasions and won or stalemated

Team 1 Kyles power comes straight from the source itself which means he is basically an emissary of the source

Captain Atom's power comes from the Quantum Field which is unlimited. He has even used his power to stop the extradimensional power of the speed force

TBH i really don't know the limits of Vixen's power but i know Black Lightning is virtually unstoppable by anyone on this team unless BP has prep so

Round 1 prob BP

Round 2 DC Black Lightning fights geo force on the regular his power amps with anger, he is a minimum of light speed travel, his control over lightning is unrivaled and he can use an EM field to make himself stronger or more durable which means he basically has electric and magnetic powers

Round 1- I dont know about cap but i know DS regularly engages in h2h with bats Ga Nightwing Arsenal, sometimes even people with high combat speed such as Bart Allen

Round 2- Slade suit enhances his already powerful healing factor and is decently resilient and BP's Vibe suit can be cut in slicing matter if i recall correctly so its between Slade and BP

Round 1: There isn't much Punisher can do because it is known he doesn't kill heroes and doesn't even kill in other heroes series' Green Arrow is a master of stealth and has unbeaten natural accuracy so there;s that but if Punisher decides to use guns he may supress him where HQ is useful because she is a wild card yet is skilled at what she does so I can't even predict what she will do Black Widow in my opinion is useless because she is a short range character who get owned by her universes street levelers and no special abilities or weapons to turn the tide of the fight and i don't know what basic firearms she carries so Team 1 imo

Round 2: I lean Team 1 again

Green Lanterns

Simon held his own against Volthoom and has enough will and skill to wield several green lantern rings. Simon has shown himself for a while to be proficient with a ring and he has Cruz there to back him up who has enough will to break out of the Power Ring from Earth 3's influence.

I give them Speed, Intelligence(GL Ring is basically a computer they talk to all the time), and Raw Power

Edit: Superman from the N52 is pretty weak compared to everyone
