In the past year I've read over 4500 comics. Yep, that's a lot. Out of all these books I picked some of my favs and brought them to the NC office and we flipped through them all and picked our fav new title and our top 4 reads of the year.  
 
Some of the many we looked at... 
 
Iron Man, Green Lantern, GL Corps, Batman titles, all like 50 of them, Superman stuff, Flash Books, Avengers stuff, All sorts of Indy books, books like Mouseguard (Yes it placed) and more and more.
