The identity of Discord is a very new one that Jason has brought up, after dropping that of Red Mask. Although the goal is the same, he has made a few changes as to how he'd go about using this one. And will leave it malleable to what he decides to do with it.

Armory:

Mouth mask that can grant a few hours of oxygen if needed, but primarily hides his face and offers protection as it's made of steel plates and carbon nanotubes making it almost entirely bullet proof.

He also has a pair of goggles with a similar design in terms of durability. Offering him an array of electronic scanners, access to internet information (particularly that of objects/people in sight), and an advanced artificial intelligence system. The sensors are notnlimited to, but do include, thermal, night vision, radiation, bio scanning, electromagnetism, and material scanning.

Hacking equipment is both on a watch that offers holographic screens and super computer level technology as well as on small round devices which can hack both locks and electronics.

Toxin emmitting cannisters with various forms. These allow him to threaten or kill large groups of people, or someone he can't physically beat. He has a few choices, but for the most part they rely on nerve toxins be it causing pain or shutting down the nervous system entirely.

He carries many throwing knifes and throwing stars on him, many of which are coated in poison, carry explosives, or can release toxic gasses.

Rifle:

Typically he has a rifle across his back. Oftentimes this is a shotgun with a rather large banana clip, for one of them. It holds not just typical ammunition but can also fire highly explosive rounds, enough to blast a hole in a tough vault door. It is made of high grade materials to endure his tough use of it. This has been updated to be very multi purposed however, able to have a large clip allowing him to even have automatic fire.

Either that or he's using a sniper rifle that fires particle beams. Either is clearly highly dangerous. The sniper rifle can have the barrel shortened to be used more effectively in close combat and the scope possesses a thermal and x-ray scope combined with identity scanners. It is extremely powerful and was meant for him to take down highly dangerous targets. Due to the extreme speed and destructive power of the sniper rifle he usually prefers this however, and that he has considerable sniping skill.

Various forms of explosives including timed miniature bombs, explosives that detonate when near specific targets or circumstances, ones that detonate if he flips a switch/they get messed with/the signal is cut, and also more simple grenades.

Armor:

Jason took actually a very large step down from his previous armor in this case, or at least, on most of the armor. The material itself is definitely still tough however. It can take extreme temperatures, and also halt most firearms, but it's primary advantage is that there are a few threads throughout it made of Nova Steel, connected to the left sleeve which can be used on it's own. The left sleeve is the cooling system and made of Nova Steel with a robotic component added to it. This sleeve and the threads allows him to convert incoming forms of energy into thermal energy which increases the nova steels ability to make even more heat permanently. The arm requires the cooling system just so that it won't simply burn through his arm, so he keeps it at a temperature that one can touch most of the time, but that temperature can be changed merely with a few clicks of his fingers in the left arm or when it's being hit, although the cooling system will still be functioning underneath the sleeve. The sleeve actually goes all the way around the hand in order for him to use the arms full potential.

In addition the robotic part of the sleeve reacts to his slightest movements, greatly increasing his physical strength in that arm and allowing him the ability to hit with the force of quite a few super humans, as it can rip right through titanium and has enough force to send a tank rolling with a hit, if it weren't simply ripped to pieces. Since it's powered by nova steel it's impossible to use an EMP on it. Just in case, Jason added anti technopath gadgets into the arm to prevent it from being used against him. These gadgets are designed exclusively to make sure that the arm can only function under it's intended purposes, as well as prevent the gadgets themselves from being hacked. Plus due to the sheer heat that the arm gives off, many attempts at physically hacking it would end only in melted parts and utter disaster as the arm heats up to unwanted movement and absorbs its kinetic activity.

Nova steel:

An endeavor by Alfred Hamilton himself and some of his top scientists has allowed them to infuse special (unrevealed) chemicals into a steel and copper alloy. This mixture merges with the alloy making it impossible to melt and far less conductive of electricity. But it does something more, once given a semblence of fire or heat it will become "activated" beginning to heat up to tempuratures that could easily burn through flesh and melt other metals. The more heat it recieves the more (hotter) this occurs. Hamilton corps refuses to reveal the secret to it and had also refused showing its production for the risk of losing their product. Nova steel is a huge leap in energy as well, as it can be used to power something if it can convert heat into energy, with seemingly no end. When hit with any other energy it simply increases the heat vastly in that spot until the energy spreads out again. This allows it to easily take out most physical attacks because materials cannot handle the heat output. This also prevents it from being manipulated once activated. Nova Steel retains some of the traits of steel (That weren't altered by the chemical change) despite being combined with copper. To shape it one would have to be able to form it before it was activated, deactivate it somehow, or manipulate its molecules to change their positions. Could be thrown through a star and maintain solidity, it would simply be as hot as everything it passed through. Because it heats upon kinetic contact or force it will heat up essentially defending itself from the force and probably causing so much heat/light that the thing touching it is destroyed or moved.

Armed with two military pistols, both with ammunition designed for piercing armor (including that of tanks). Also ammunition that can detonate on contact, or after entering flesh/designated target. Also hollow point bullets. Always has extra.

An assortment of daggers and blades. Including: WASP knife which can pump air into a person, via a trigger at the handle. A typical combat knife. And this baby:

The tri dagger is incredibly hard to fix once its plunged into a victim. They'll bleed out in minutes and it takes a team of surgeons to seal the wound. Making survival from a good stab, almost impossible without a healing factor. Sometimes he even coats his blades with a poison designed to attack the nerves, particularly the eyes.

Nova Steel dagger: The sheath in which he places this keeps the area around it at a tempurature that prevents it from causing to much trouble. And the dagger automatically returns to a temperature of 100 Celsius when it's not in contact with something, however once it hits something it can reach temperature reaching that of lightning.

High tech bike: These are designed to connect to anything electronic (especially knowing the traffic, police car locations, police radio, predicting paths of cars/people/vehicles, and to get quickly somewhere with ease.) They can go at speeds of 200 mph, and can get that speed in just seconds. But that's not where their true advantages lie. No, they are equipped with rockets that can shift location for fast turns, sudden stops or starts, shooting up walls, and even jumping from building to buildin. They are also equipped with an automated machine gun which can come up from the back to fire at a designated target, small missile launchers, and can throw explosives in any direction (or drop to allow them to detonate on contact with person/vehicle). They can set off emp's, change traffic lights within two blocks range, and even release weapons for the driver to grab (Including firearms, blades, and a rocket launcher). Another excellent part is the self stabilization, even if the driver lets go the motorcycle will keep upright, and even make turns and more difficult moves if set on autopilot. They are also designed to prevent theft as they require contact somewhere, even for only a moment, to extremely fresh dna or tissue of a soldier for Jason as well as a quick hidden passcode.

Trackers/cameras/bugs: Carries trackers and bugs of various kinds to be able to track or listen in on someone. Many of these are emp proof, so small they're virtually undetectable, and most of so little metal (if any) they don't show up on metal detectors.

Secret weapon: Pain Projector

Hidden knife:

Has two blades, one imbedded near the bone in his left forearm the other near the shin of his right leg, these are made of obsidian with thin but strong rubber encasing it so it doesn't constantly cut him, they are also very thin so they are not visually noticeable, and have no metal on them so they won't show up on scanners. The shape of it means it conforms perfectly with his bones thus appearing to be merely part of them.
