Not likely. Genre film is not well received at the Oscars. Unless you count Shape of Water (which I think of as Fantasy), I think it would be unprecedented.

Not that the Academy Awards are usually very good for indicating the actual best movie of the year (Parasite maybe notwithstanding - that movie is the best)

Yeah, I don't think it's all that close. There's a power creep from trilogy to trilogy but I think it's safe to say if Kylo can take down Snoke then Vader could definitely do it. Maul maybe not.

Not really much of a fight... Deathstroke is super enhanced and regularly takes on the best of DC. Bucky, while cool, is not much more than a very very good soldier.

Love most of these actors (special shout out to Paul Dano), but The Rock has got the passion for the project. He's been trying to get that Black Adam movie made for years (and usually refuses to play villains, so he must extra love the character). Most excited for Black Adam because he's been working so hard for that role.
