Red Queen - A mechanical sword with a powerful injection system. The propellant sprayed onto the blade allows it to unleash attacks of great power; however, the Red Queen’s complex customizations mean only Nero is capable of controlling it.
Blue Rose - A unique, specially constructed revolver with two barrels, allowing two shots to be fired nearly simultaneously. A product of Nero’s own hand.

A weaponized prosthetic arm made by Nico to replace Nero's missing limb. High output performance makes them break easily, so Nero usually carries multiple Devil Breakers into battle, swapping out broken arms for new ones. The base of the Devil Breaker contains the Wire Snatch ability, which pulls smaller foes to him or sends him rocketing towards larger targets, living or otherwise.
Overture - The first Devil Breaker built by Nico. A comparatively orthodox weapon compared to the other arms, damaging enemies with electric bursts. Its name is derived from this straightforward functionality. The first Devil Breaker available in the game, this arm is easy for starting players to use.
Pasta Breaker - A Devil Breaker that makes pasta extra easy to eat. Created by Nico for clumsy Nero from Helter Skelter and Punch Line parts. The revolving fork on the end is neat, but it's not particularly useful in battle.
Ragtime - This arm was crafted from the horn of The Elder Geryon Knight given to Nico by V. Creates special force fields that warp and slow the flow of time for all within them. Convenient for taking on multiple foes at once, the utility of this Devil Breaker varies based on your play style.
Punch Line - Rare demonic minerals give this Devil Breaker jet propulsion power, packing incredible destructive force behind each blow. The arm can detach to fly around autonomously, during which Nero can ride it. Slam into demons in this mode for even more damage.
Jet Gadget - A Punch Line skill that allows the user to shoot their forearm as a guided missile. After launch, the missile can be detonated remotely. Launches the Punch Line like a rocket. call it back, when it returns ride it, do tricks, and blow it up.
Punch Line Boost Knuckle - Unleash the Punch Line's propulsion potential in a haymaker punch. Even larger enemies will be knocked back by a clean hit.
Buster Arm - Nico tried to recreate Nero's lost demonic arm, resulting in a powerhouse capable of throwing enemies with devastating force. This brute strength comes at the price of reduced durability, but the chance to toss around massive demons is well worth it. An arm that recreates Nero's Buster attack. Turns into a giant arm surrounded by a force field. Nero regains his Devil Bringer so this arm is mostly useless.
Helter Skelter - The helix of sharp metal gives this Devil Breaker incredible penetrating power. Spread its blades to pulverize unlucky foes.
Tomboy - Soup up your sword or gun by linking them up to this Devil Breaker. The boost in power comes at a loss of control, so handle with care.
Force Edge: A sword magically imbued with Sparda's power. A powerful sword with great hidden potential. Vergil gets defeated by Dante and loses this sword.
Beowulf - Flash gauntlets and greaves. This set boosts Vergil's attack and speed making him a powerhouse. Vergil loses Beowulf after his 2nd fight against Dante.
Vergils lust for power has led him to overlook characters like Arkham and to pick a fight with Mundus. He is very cold and trusts no one, and will use people if necessary and dispose of them afterwards.
Mundus corrupts Vergil somehow and turns him to Nelo Angelo.
The proprietor of Devil May Cry, and a Devil Hunter of legendary proportions. Dante is a half-human, half-demon hybrid, born to a human woman Eva and the demon who saved the human world, Sparda. He overcame battle after arduous battle in his past, and currently serves as a barrier to any attempt by demons to invade his world. Dante greets any and all challengers with a signature smile on his face.
Over the course of the Devil May Cry games, Dante gains a large amount of weapons. He doesn't permanently keep all of them because he sells most of them or gets rid of them to make ends meet. Dante defeated King Cerberus - The King of all Cerberus demons and more powerful than all its kin. He is turned into a Devil arm after his death.
Dante vs Urizen final - After Urizen eats the fruit of the Qliphoth, he becomes more powerful than he ever was, but still not enough to match Dante as he is now.
Rebellion - Dante's beloved sword, left to him by his father Sparda. He swings this blade around with ease despite its massive size, allowing for a dense flurry of sword slashes. Rebellion gets destroyed by The Demon King, Urizen at the beginning of the game. Dante absorbs the rest of the sword into himself.
Ebony & Ivory - Rapid-fire pistols designed by Nell Goldstein, the legendary gunsmith. Assembled by Dante himself, each gun has its own faculty—accuracy and speed, respectively.
Coyote-A - A shotgun modified by Dante to wield in the fight against demons. Its outstanding power in close quarters more than makes up for its lack of speed.
Devil Sword Sparda - The blade wielded by the Dark Knight Sparda, sharing his own name. The incredible power dwelling within allows this blade to choose its ownuser. This sword was once used to seal away the demon king Mundus. Dante absorbs it into himself.
Balrog - A Devil Arm made for melee combat, brimming with the sealed power of the king of Fire Hell. Kick Mode unleashes powerful kicks, while Blow Mode allows for nimble maneuvers. Make use of either mode to crush demons with ease.

I have seen some people here claim I'm hate on everything, or I ask for "too much" in terms of feats. In my eyes, I don't see how I hate everything since you can fine the things I very much like. Some also believe I'm too much of a stickler on feats, Star Wars lowballer, Warhammer40k lowballer, One Punch man hater, My Hero academy lowballer, Dragon Ball lowballer or the most laughable one, a DCEU fanboy.
Here I will list users I've seen, encountered or debated that debated well. On the flip side I will also list users that I feel are pretty bad and some I think are mediocre, decent or could be better.
The good ones
@lord_spectrum He's a user I haven't encountered much. I did debate him only one time in which he did pretty poorly with very faulty logic and called me a stickler for feats. I will chuck it up to him having a bad day, but if it becomes consistent then he's getting off the list. So you must ask yourself, why do I still believe he's a good debater or one of the better ones? Because I have seen his other debates across the site particularly the ones including spectre.
I will say that he is a bit skewed to the Marvel side from what I've seen, but not far enough that he's completely biased.
@krleavenger/@krle_avenger An OG, on this site by his large amount of posts. Don't know the guy, never replied to him, never replied to me. We have very different interests, he debates more comicbook characters, I don't. He has, from what I've seen, good knowledge on Darkseid, Thanos & The Anti-Monitor.
I have however seen his debates and he does well. Provides ample evidence to suppot his position, doesn't insult people and debates properly.

Dragon ball is arguably the most popular anime/manga franchise in the world and has some really powerful characters that are used on battle forums across the internet. Due to it's popularity, many people believe DB characters are the absolute most powerful, even here on vine. Since DB vs Comics is banned here, DB users are forced to put battles against other anime/manga characters. Most are too weak so they put them against Saint Seiya in hopes for a win and this guy smacks them every single time.

Mind you, this is a verse he and I aren't knowledgable on but he thought it would make sense to take hyperbolic text at face value because Dragon ball. Nice reasoning mod.

I have run into him numerous times, while he's always been on the losing side.
I and his taste differ, he likes a lot of series that aren't good and I prefer things of quality. I will say that he knows how to format his posts very well and does provide evidence which is to say, he's better than the majority of viners in debating.
His flaws come with how he interprets certain feats and lack of scrutiny. Like I said, he's gotten a lot better at it but you can only debate so well when all you read is low quality shonen crap and it reflects in his debating because it lacks specificity.
I'd put his friends somewhere here, but they're all much worse than him at debating.
Taraba knew Zekka and Tunpò's unnamed master from Mars, but the nature of this relationship has not been revealed. During his short time with the Space Karate Forces, Taraba became a mentor to Toji and was able to teach him Super-Carapace Sanchin.
Abilities
As a master of Super-Carapace Karate, Taraba believed in being a master of defense, but also possessed powerful offensive capabilities. When prepared, his use of Super-Carapace Sanchin made him nearly invulnerable to any attack.
Squilla Blow: By focusing a tremendous amount of energy, Taraba could then channel this through his arms in a simultaneous strike, sending the energy through an opponent.
Super-Carapace Sanchin (chapter 76): By distorting space with special electromagnetic waves, Taraba could generate a defensive wall impervious to all forms of attack. Its weakness however was that an opponent could attack a blind spot if Taraba overlooked protecting a specific part of his body.

Rakan was a space karate master who became a member of the Space Karate Forces. He was also a serial killer and rapist who also worked as an underground assassin.
In his previous life Rakan was a normal person and was married. However after his son Sho shot him without warning in order to prove that his father could really dodge bullets, part of Rakan's frontal lobe was damaged, completely altering his personality. He abandoned his family, telling them before he left that "In a nutshell, I wanna fornicate with young girls and kill all I want!!" He then went on to become an underworld assassin and rapist.
Abilities
Rakan was a highly skilled practitioner of Armour-Piercing Karate, a style which involved adding depleted uranium cores to the fingertips and other parts of the legs to increase penetration. Rakan himself took the concept even further and used depleted polonium, a radioactive and very heavy metal. Once it struck, it would completely corrupt the brain cells of any living creature it hit, even cyborgs. Rakan's body was somewhat flimsy, a feature which apparently made it difficult for him to take on larger foes. He was however, extremely flexible and swift to the point that he could dodge bullets aimed at his head and move his hips fast enough to create a sonic boom. This, combined with his signature finger thrusts, which he use to stab his opponents, made it possible for him to take on multiple opponents simultaneously and kill them in seconds. Until he faced Zazie, gunmen in particular had no chance against him as many of his techniques were specifically designed to counter bullets and ordnance.
He also had a very keen sense of smell, as he was able to tell that Alita was in the midst of the brawling karatekas without seeing her first, after having previously complained that the place reeked because no women were present.
Techniques
Air Parry: By flicking his hips at supersonic speed, Rakan could create a sonic boom which could be used to stop some projectiles.
Bullet Echo: By spinning the wicked rings in the same way as a vibrating motor, Rakan could catch and redirect any bullets fired at him, usually right back at whoever fired them. The tendency of most gunmen was to keep on firing until Rakan killed them with their own bullets.
Bullet Pierce: Rakan could stop bullets with a flick of the hand by simply stopping them mid-air as they came at him and redirect them away from him. (chapter 98)
Pervert Attack: Using sonic booms to propel himself forward, Rakan could launch himself at opponents fast enough to cut through solid materials. (chapter 98)
Runaway Ring: Attaching one of his wicked rings to the sole of his foot, Rakan could use them as roller skates to travel. (chapter 98)
Underground submersion: By vibrating his body, Rakan could go underground as though he was swimming in the earth. Used to counter explosives. (Chapter 91)
Rakan Roll: is an escape technique whereby the user splits their body into several parts. They can then reassemble themselves using stopgap joints and can still move and fight, but have to be careful in subsequent combat as the joints may break apart if placed under too much stress. (chapter 78)

Wicked Rings: Rakan's secret weapon were his wicked rings, a number of individual metallic hoops accommodating "Mobius Strips" he could use to deflect bullets. The rings were worn beneath his giorn beneath his gi. Rakan's skill with the rings was such that most firearms users did not stand a chance against him unless they could keep a cool head and plan both tactically and strategically in the midst of battle.
Mono-Molecular wire: After apparently killing Elf and Zwölf, Rakan stole some of their mono-molecular wire and displayed great skill in its use. He also used it to manipulate the direction and flight pattern trajectories of his Wicked Rings, in turning them into giant deadly yo-yos. (chapter 100)

Tunpò is the founder of Eletromagnetic Karate and one of the pioneers of Space Karate along with his arch rival and former fellow student, Zekka. After retiring from karate he became a monk and is revered by Space Buddhists for having become a robo-jizo. Tunpò's possession and mastery of the D-Ripper makes him one of the most formidable, if not most powerful character in the universe and his actions during the Finals of the Tenth Zenith of Things Tournament as a member of the Space Karate Forces effectively make him a deus ex machina.
Abilities
Electromagnetic Karate: As a student of an Okinawan style of karate and founder of what became Electromagnetic Karate, Tunpò is one of the few space karatekas whose style originated from Earth. Despite having retired from the world and actively practicing as a karateka, Tunpò has lost none of his skills.
De-materialization: Tunpò has gained sufficient control of the D-Ripper to the point that he created two powerful techniques using its ability to manipulate dimensional space: the Void Fist and the Matter Fist. He can also reflexively de-materialize, rendering all attacks against him useless. However using Void Fist and Matter Fist and maintaining his presence in the physical dimension consumes a great deal of energy, thus he prefers to stay in another dimension "where time and space have no meaning".
Hacking: Tunpò's control of the D-Ripper allows him to enter cyberspace at will, a form of hacking. He was able to tap into Melchizedek and instantly seize all of three of Aga Mbadi's brain bio-chips before the latter could react to his presence, destroying the chips both virtually and physically.

Zazie Style is Zazie's own personal fighting style. It places heavy emphasis on the use of various weapons and munitions with some elements of close range martial arts. Zazie's tactical and strategic genius, weapons mastery, and range of combat experience make her style a very eclectic but highly effective form of combat.
Zazie has a long history of combat dating back to her time as a member of Colonel Payne's juvenile infantry school. She survived being regularly placed in the Combat Chamber and was able to eventually leave, entering the service of the infant Queen Limeira on Mars. This posed its own challenges because of the division of the planet between three and later four rival factions. Zazie went on to become Limeira's bodyguard and a highly regarded member of the Mars Kingdom Parliament Army's special forces.
Weapons
A key component of Zazie Style is the use of various weapons and ordnance. Zazie is typically very heavily armed, carrying numerous weapons and ordnance underneath a trench coat, and can use dual wield.
For close combat Zazie used the super ceramic knife, which was capable of withstanding plasma-heated temperatures which was later disabled by Erica. She is also skilled at fighting in the zero gravity of outer space.

Zazie is a highly skilled knife fighter and has some familiarity with martial arts, including Ting Jing. She claims to have also "done a little karate" as well, although the specific style was not mentioned. She also has an elementary knowledge of Panzer Kunst and is familiar with oscillation punches, thus she was able to negate Alita's use of the Hertza Haeon with an oscillation strike of her own. She has gained direct experience about Panzer Kunst from fighting Alita and later Erica, but acknowledged that there is still a lot more that is unknown.

As a master of Electromagnetic Karate, one of the oldest forms of Space Karate, Toji earned the title of "Slaughter Master", which is only bestowed upon those who can kill 100 opponents in a single blow.
Toji originally was born in a much smaller body which he exchanged for a stronger and larger cyborg one without hesitation. Over time, he studied Electromagnetic Karate and earned the title "Slaughter Master". At some point, he obtained his current body.
Following his sparring match with Taraba, he learned Super-carapace Sanchin, but did not use it until the Finals, when he fought Alita for the second time. While he was able to create electro-magnetic barriers like Taraba, his were flawed and could be bypassed by Alita.
