He created a super-strong version of LSD called DSC 2000 and bathes in a pool of the blood of people who've used DSC 2000. He tried to cause a massive drug ingestion on Gotham citizens to freed them of the dark and introduce them to a LSD induced utopia, but he was stopped by Batman and he ended as another inmate in Arkham Asylum.

  • Bootface was a badguy who was fighting batman with a flamethrower when batman kicked through the flames kicking his face, burning his bootprint into his face afterwards he become a member of Terminus's army of revenge along with Smush, Scallop, Bat Head and several others that blame the Batman for there current conditions. After the initial meeting, where its revealed that each member had been working for Terminus for some time but never knew it, the army is sent out to spread fear. Their mission is to brand as many people withe the Batman's logo before the sun comes up. This is something that Bootface takes great pleasure in. Then when the Bat Family shows up to stop the group, both Damian and Jason Todd take pleasure in kicking Bootface in the face. After Terminus is defeated it is assumed Bootface, along with the rest of the army is taken away to jail.

  • Captain Stingaree is a themed criminal obsessed with pirates. He is primarily active in Gotham City, where he runs afoul of Batman. Born into a set of quadruplets, Karl Courtney grew envious of his three brothers. He adopted the identity of Captain Stingaree and became convinced his brothers were collectively impersonating Batman. The Dark Knight enlisted the three Courtney siblings to bring down Captain Stingaree. He escaped and joined the Secret Society of Super villains. More recently, Captain Stingaree has started a romance with fellow gay villain the Cavalier. Captain Stingaree died while battling the Secret Six with the Cavalier and other supervillains. The Cavalier's back was broken, so he may have survived.

  • Mortimer Drake, an antiques collector who couldn't get enough. Drake began to dress as the Cavalier and started to rob museums, collectors, anywhere he could find valuable antiques. Mortimer Drake is now working for Black Lightning as an informant, it could be that he has now reformed. He is also said to be in a gay relationship with Captain Stingaree. His back is later broken by Bane, and he is reduced to acting as a bodyguard for Leslie Thompkins.
