I found that "X" has 2 Omnibus at the moment.

I wonder where to start with the X-Men, sorry i'm new :) 
I mean: X-men, Ultimate X-men, Uncanny X-Men, X-Treme X-men, Young X-Men, X-Factor, X-Force... Wow!!! I'm lost!!! 
I wanted to know about the background of the whole thing, but i dont want to read the Essential trades in black & white... 
Are there series better than others? Which ones? 
 
I know it's a global question, so thank you to those who'll take a minute to answer me :)

Oh yeah!! One of my favorites for sure!! 
Underground hero with nice weapons and objects. Plus a very deep background... 
And what makes Moon Knight series so cool is Bushman!!! One of the most freaky creepy villain!!!!
