@mipk90: "Our pathetic lives"? Somebody's a sore loser! :D You do realize you're on this site too, right? Calling us pathetic is pretty much insulting yourself as well. Normally I wouldn't call someone out like this, but I just have to in your case.
@mipk90: You brought up earlier that Percy can only beat monsters because they have a specific weakness. Luckily for Percy, Harry's specific weakness is his inability to receive damage of pretty much ANY kind! As I've said before, I enjoy the HP novels too, but when has Harry actually tanked any damage from anything? He only ever dodges spells (and because the general consensus is that Percy's agility is more than a match for HP's this won't be a problem) and pretty much any time he's taken damage from anything else it's a match ender. Basilisk? Harry would be dead had it not been for the Phoenix tears. Nagini the snake? Harry was pretty much incapacitated until Hermione saved him after just one hit. I think a sword in the face will also probably result in a KO.
I'm sorry other people like me who enjoy Harry Potter, but Percy is just too out of Harry's league. I'm a fan of both series, but Harry just can't match Percy's feats. His most impressive feats are defeating the basalisk, defeating the dementors ( with the help of a time turner-which he does not have here), and defeating Voldemort literally on a technicality involving the owner of the elder wand. Percy fights immortal-level beings. Harry does not. That should be the end of the debate. Percy has held the sky by sheer force of will. Percy has wounded Ares, the god of battle. Percy has stalled Kronos, the lord of time. The list goes on and on. He's too much for Harry to defeat, even with his magic.
