The bleachverse is easily stronger than the narutoverse and here's why.
The narutoverse has no defense against spiritual pressure as no one being in that verse possesses spiritual energy. If Naruto characters truly had spiritual energy (based off of the horriblely translated statements made in the series that half of chakra is made of what is called spiritual energy) then how come when deidara self destructed himself using his chakra bomb his soul wasn't erased too?
Naruto characters possess no spiritual energy, of any kind.
This means that Naruto characters would be existense erased by the mere presence of bleach characters, unless Naruto characters were far enough away from the reiatsu of the bleach characters so that the reiatsu couldn't touch them.
But the Naruto characters would need knowledge on bleach characters and bleach characters would have zero knowledge for something like that to happen. Even if it did somehow happen, bleach souls can't be touched by those who dont have spiritual energy.
Hollows have shown intangibility only towards those who possess no spiritual energy as well as those with very little spiritual energy, but have not shown any intangibility towards those who possess more than little spiritual energy.
This means that while it is true that bleach shinigami cant actually physically touch Naruto humans, they can still just soul crush them, or kill them with some ranged attack easily, or perhaps even just kill them with a air punch or by some form of air manipulation through their own raw physical speed/strength.
So no matter what bleach verse stomps the narutoverse, and Naruto characters would need lots of prep while bleach characters have zero to even harm any bleach characters at all. Naruto verse would need lots of favor and luck while bleach verse would need lots of bad luck just for the narutoverse to even stande a chance.
