Background: The fiendish interrogators of the Sabbat are second to none when matters of extracting information arise. Using their Vicissitude, these vampires have perfected the art of torture to its immortal depths. They can draw all useful information from prisoners brought before them, regardless of how tough the victum believes themself to be. After all, they have an eternity to keep trying. And Ivon is the best at what he does, he is the most highly recommended information extractor that can be found within of the entire city limits.

Faked Death: 28 March 1584 at 53 years of age, his sire used Vicissitude on him to make it seem as if he was aging while staying in the shadows and living with him... When he felt he was ready to leave the nest he faked his death. Faking a massive stroke while playing chess with Bogdan Belsky.
Sire: Unknown Tzimisce of the 8th Generation. It is believed in rumors that Ivan murdered and commited diablerie.

Clan Tzimisce
Eldritch and alien, the Tzimisce are senescent clan of rotting prominence. Much of the Sabbat's monsterous outlook stems from Tzimisce philosophy and subsequent influence. The Fiends claim to a proud history of ruleship, governing their vassals in the Old World with iron talons and hoary magic. In the modern nights, many of the sect's priests and councilors hail from clan Tzimisce, the moral and spiritual backbone of the Sabbat. They posses a twisted honor and a malignant love of knowledge. It is whispered that the legendary Dracula claims this clan as his own, though allegiance to sect or clan is unknown if it... or he... exists at all.

Ivon look's at people the same way people study goldfish. With a detached interest. He has already decided how to kill them it is not a matter of whether someone should live or die, but when he plan's to dispose of them. It all depends on how long they prove useful to him. Ivon's mindset is no psychotic fantasy, however, but a pure, analytical observation. He is a scientist at heart practical, thorough, and detached.
