I have to apologise I might have mixed up the New 52 and Rebirth.

I think I read New 52 not Rebirth.

wow you read Scott Snyders run on Batman and didn't think it was as good as Arkham Batman? I guess I can see in some instances why you'd think that, there were moments where Batman seemed dumb in the new52 so I can see what you mean. Arkham Batman was a total boss even while dying lol

I'll try to read some of the more legendary Batman stories and they might change my mind.

yeah dude, Batman RIP (even though I don't remember much of it) is great

@itouchedtheboat: He currently can’t die and his energy manipulation is better than ever.

feats though. What's so impressive about him from 616

Is morals-on the same thing as in-character? I always thought in-character simply meant they would use their same fighting style. Like in this case Superman wouldn't just blitz and snap their necks, being that he has never done that.

If they're in character then they'll have the same morals they usually have I think.

miles stronger

In lifting, yes. In striking, no. Kurse hits harder.

it doesn't matter whether he hits harder or not (which I don't agree that he does) It matter whether Kurse can take a punch from Superman, which I don't think he can

what feats does 616 Warlock have that puts him at this level? everything I've seen that justifiably puts him at this level has always been non-canon or from a different Earth.

From what I've seen he's pretty much a non-factor in this fight

Hasn't superman survived the collision of two galaxies

Two planets that are supposedly the size of Galaxies not actual Galaxies

Apparently superman has survived a supernova so star dosent cut it?

I think they meant consistent hits from a Star level person.

Superman fought Earth 2 Kal-L (who has a star level punching feat) and although they stalemated, neither one looked like they were having a good time

Hmm 🤔..I’ll go Thor and Hela in a good fight based on rules. While I think both Clark and Diana have the power/skills/gear to drop Hela for good, I don’t believe they they would do it morals-on.

That's so nice.

Which feats did he lack?

it's not like Batman Arkham showed any evidence of being weaker or slower than main continuity Batman, it's just that comics Batman had a lot more feats than Arkham Batman. Like punching through glass that supposed to be grenade proof, or being able to catch up to a car on foot while it's speeding off for a brief moment.

And would you say that the Arkham stories were actually better than comic ones?

I have read all of Rebirth Batman and tbh I didn't find the comics that good.

uhhh I'd have to say best story vs best story, Batman comics are better. if you're comparing Rebirth comics then I agree the game's stories are way better. But you need to read Batman stories by Grant Morrison or Scott Snyder.
