Hands down one of the scariest, interesting and overall just entertaining villains, having read JL Dark myself, i can easily say that the upside down man is one of DC's best villains

Everyone has their archenemies, Superman has Lex Luthor, Batman has Joker, Flash has Reverse Flash, and Wonder Woman has Ares, one of the most interesting villains in DC, so far being Diana's most recurring villain and most formidable opponent

Whilst usually being a Spectre villain, Eclipso had his encounters and fights with Diana aswell, much like the other villains in this list, Eclipso poses a lot of threat to both Diana and his other enemies, and is overall an entertaining villain all around

Maxwell Lord, unlike the other enemies of Diana, usually being gods or ancient beings, Maxwell is a simple human who has telepathic abilities and their alikes, and despite that he still manages to pose a great threat
