A lot of variables at play here
But I will give it a shot
So considering you have the greatest Boxers ever training you is great, but that doesn't always mean success. When it comes sports, having good fundamentals and adequate training will get you far, but to be the best, you need talent that puts everyone else to shame. If Boxing or any sport for that matter was based on training, then sure, but as we all know, the trainer doesn't make a legend, talent does. Considering this is your Average Joe, point being Average, his talent shouldn't be even close.
There is also Experience at play here, you can train all day and come up with an attack plan, but like Rocky said, everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face. Before I would even consider letting an Average Joe take on a prime Mike Tyson, I would first have him fight amatures around the world to build up his experience, without it, he's not getting far against Prime Mike. When it comes to fighting, experience can take you further than training, there is something to be said about knowing what punch feels like and having experienced it, than never have been punched in a pro boxing match. AJ(Average Joe) may have his team of super star boxers supporting him, but there are things a person must go through, that cannot be taught by others.
Weight is another issue, unless we get to bulk him up, 201lb is not good against Mikes 240lbs, it's a big mismatch to say the least.
With everything considered
No, an Average Joe trained by the best will not take down one of the most dominant fighters ever
That being said he can get lucky, that can happen, so I would say Mike Beats him 8/10 times for the most part.
Good Idea BTW
